Ok mate. 1st, to make more efficient from this tactic, use fast player for each position especially, wing back and striker.

1. Defender Center: Tight marking, dive into tackle and run with ball less.

2. Wing back: Run with ball to left (WBL), run with ball to right (WBR), Dive into tackles and get forward whenever possible.

3. BWM: Dive into tackles and tight marking.

4. AP: Try killer ball often, run with ball often IF his good in dribbling, dictate tempo and run with ball through center.

5. IF: Try killer ball often, run with ball often, cut inside and move into channel.

6. Poacher: Move into channel, beat offside trap and place shots. IF his good in pace and acceleration, train him to knock ball past opponents.

7. CF: Move into channels, plays one two and place shots.
 
If both hernandez and rooney are fit witch one should be what in front.. my hernandez dos not score that much

I played Hernandez as Poacher and Rooney as CF since Rooney is better that him. Train Hernandez to move into channel and place shots and he will score more goals to you.

Yeah, of course mate. But how many times we can get the result like this even you have Messi and Ronaldo? I just only have fun with my team. Of course when you played FM, you want strength your squad. It's depend on individuals. :-)
 
Lol yeah sorry, I'm a bit weird in the sense that although I manage Mnachester United (support them) I never buy big names as for me (**** knows why) it ruins the game lol! Glad to see you are doing so well, well done. Any chance you could post a screenshot with the tempo, width on etc?

Yeah, I know..just I said, it depends on individuals. I'm here just want to share Man Utd tactic that I think can help others. Hehe..If you can manage Man Utd team without buy world class player, that's great mate!

And the hernandez is your target man with supply to feet or what ??? And how do you train him to that that you are saying ??

Oh i see now you set hernandez to "run onto the ball" right, when he is targetman... ???.... but how do i train him to do better that

I just set Rooney as Target Man because he is better than Hernandez and supply ball to his feet. But, you can set Hernandez as TM and supply ball to feet or run onto the ball.

HAHA thats okay.. Thanks for the answers and i will chance the things now and move on.. By the way, will the team first be very good when the tactic bar is fully blue

Why cant all players do the preferred traing.. There is no trainer for them, but in the players traing menu they are assigned too one each... Its vidic and nani there not can
 
I have a thing i will share with you all in this fantastic tactic.. i Just startet a new game with United and have set the team up with a lot of players you have talked about in here, couldnt get willian becouse shakhtar would have 20 mill pound wich i dong got left but then i bought Christian Eriksen in Ajax for 8 mill too my MCR as backup for ruben yttergaard jenssen and must say he is a monster (in my game). just a ide if people need a good player to a very important place in the squad..

What I understand, sometimes, they cannot have preferred training maybe too much training that he have learned and sometimes it didn't appeared in their profile because of what, I didn't know mate. hehe..
