Was at sunderland years ago had a good season then left, doesnt look that good these days

Gary Neville Begins Second Season In The Premier League Whilst Phil Neville Begins His First!
Both Nevilles returned to the Premier League today and both to manage! This was Gary's second season after a triumphant first season saw his side finish 5th in the Premier League and qualifed for europe with the League cup! As for his brother Phil, it was his first chance at managing as he was in charge of Aston Villa after their dismal 13th position finish and the sacking of Gerard Houllier!

West Ham 0 - 3 Wigan
Rodallega (Pen.29, Pen.90) Boselli (62)
Rodallega continued last seasons form as he blasted two penalties past West Ham and new signing Boselli also found the scoresheet to sink the hammers to an early 3-0 defeat! Upson gave away a [penalty after bringing down Rodallega in the box and Rodallega finished the penalty cooly! BNew signing Boselli then stepped up to the mark and and scored after a good one two inside the box! Rodallega completed the rout on the 90th minute with another penalty this time being brought down my goalkeeper Robert Green and slotted it to the bottom left! Wigan get off to a winning start!

Aston Villa 2 - 2 Liverpool
Hazard (Pen.65) Bent (81) - Suarez (32, 56)
Luis Suarez showed a touch of gracefulness as he netted two against a newly formed Villa side! Since taking over Phil Neville saw plenty of changes at Villa Park and today was his first test! He saw his side drop a goal just 13minutes from half time when Suarez scored past struggling Friedel. After the break Suarez doubled his and Liverpool's lead as he netted his second and Villa looked down and out! New signing Hazard pulled one back from the spot as Darren Bent was brought down and pulled it back to 2-1 and a late strike by English striker Darren Bent saw Aston Villa gain a point for their first game of the eason with a 2-2 draw!

Thanks bud :) it seems alright so far :D

Wigan Begin European March
Today Wigan began their run in the European cup for the first time in their history, they were in the Fourth qualifier Round and were set to face Karpaty Lviv in an away tie first. Wigan would take a draw but knew they would require an away goal!

Karpaty Lviv 2 - 2 Wigan
Logoyda (21) Sokolovskyi (80) - Rodallega (45, 45+2)
Wigan took two away goals out of their first ever European cup game and managed to knick a draw to look in good shape for the return leg at the DW stadium in five days time! Logoyda opened the scoring for the home side after 21minutes against a nervy Wigan side! Wigan got into it just before half time when Rodallega scored on the 45th minute to equalise! To Gary Nevilles shock Rodallega netted Wigans 2nd just 2 minutes after and gave them a 2-1 lead at half time! Wigan conceded late with just 10minutes to go as they only picked up a draw but will be happy with the return leg and two away goals!

alright mate, this update seems to be getting better and better. Wasnt sure that the two human managers was going to work, but strangely it has. Keep it up pal. Cant help but checking everyday haha

Villa Face Tough City Test!

Aston Villa were set to play their second league game, this time they faced an away trip to big money spending Manchester City where a result in Villa's favor looked very unrealistic! Phil Neville was confident though!

Manchester City 2 - 0 Aston Villa
Tevez (56) Gervinho (86)
Villa failed to impress today as they fell to a 2-0 defeat away to Manchester City! The odds were stacked against Phil Nevilles side and even though they were he still couldn't prevent the upset against the money grabbers! The game really got started in the second half when Tevez opened the scoring after 56 minutes and was finished off by new boy Gervinho in the 86th minute to send City top and Villa to a 2-0 defeat!

Neymar provided that as he scored just before the half hour mark! New centre back Douglas scored a header from a corner to make it 4-2 on aggregate to put Wigan fans into raptures!
