Can you help me to let my strikers scoor the goals, know its more my Midfielders and my defenders at corners..

i think it's your strikers attributes they need vastly improved, you have Vydra & Fierro who are top young players and there attributes haven't really improved much,

for vydra work on his pace, Acceleration, off the ball, Composure, First touch,Passing, Positioning and creativity or maybe work him as a Poacher or Complete forward.

for Fierro i would highly recommend getting him tutored by someone with high determination because on my he's 18-19 years old with an determination attribute on 18 and his attributes are increasing very fast but again train the attributes the same as Vydra he will when trained properly become the best Poacher & Complete forward in the game

I'm still unbeatable in late January but fell over the offensive phase. What's to do?

It works finally, putting Vydra on the left striker and Fierro on the right striker position, they are making goals goals goals, perfect, i was so fixing on the players and not on what there best position was. :)

do you have a backup tactic?

don't expect the 4-4-2 to work every season since the opponents will figure out your style, for me i have my own 4-2-4 and 4-2-3-1 as backups
 
from 4-4-2 did 4-2-4 and 4-2-3-1 but with the same team instruction?
 
Thanks for this, I have been using Xpers modern warfare tweak for a few seasons, but didn't get the success I knew my team was capable of. This tactic has set my team alight this season.

Top of the league by over 20 points. Champions League winner. Only just missed out on the other cups by sheer bad luck.

I forgot to train right for the season so i messed up the Community Shield on penalties:


Complete FM14 randomness knocked me out of the cup. Somehow I **** player scores so many goals against a team with a massive unbeaten record?

A few more tweaks next season and learning from my mistakes and I'm aiming to win everything!

This is the best tactic i have used in FM14.
Maybe is it an idea Nezza to tweak this tactic more?
