Should do, I'm using FMC Instant result so I assume OIs are not applied on FM16
no match plan or?
Nope. Training is Tactical Average
And individual training as the tactic position role except FB train as wing back and CM train as box2box

As you can see RSL have a long way to go to be challenging in the NACL. Should be a good challenge but I don't rule out leaving in the future for a bigger, more established side.

Haven't changed anything.

My first full season in charge of Real Salt Lake could not have gone any better as we made a clean sweep domestically.

The MLS is a terrible league. Win 3-0 one week then get beat 4-0 the next.

We always seemed to save our best and most consistent form for the Champions League!
Our league form was erratic and saw us finish the regular season almost 20 points behind LA Galaxy.
But the beauty (or stupidity) of the MLS format is that we ended up champions after triumphing in the Playoffs! A bit of a joke really.

Still in the Champions League and 5 points off the league leaders. Perhaps former manager Leighton Baines was unlucky losing his job but its all good for me after turning down jobs offers from Swansea, West Brom and West Ham.

I got lucky by grabbing the Chelsea job as they have a very good team and are already through the the First Knockout Round despite sacking their manager.
My first game in charge is at home to PSG in the 1st KO round... Straight in at the deep end!

Despite only taking over we hit the ground running in Europe and steamrolled our way to a final appearance at Wembley v Juventus - basically a home game!
