After the month we have had, the players don't deserve paying ;)

Some interesting stuff in the Herald tonight- The PFA are ready to pay Argyle's player and staff wages, as a last resort and Argyle need to raise £700,000 in a week, to stay afloat.

Will Plymouth Argyle's last ever match be this Saturday, against MK Dons? Time will tell.

Its been a rollercoaster ride, lets hope it doesn't end soon.. Love You Argyle  (K)

700k a week ? ******* ****.

I thought Rovers having to stump up 600k a year was bad ???

It's a sad sight to see another club I'm a fan of heading this way. I'm a Portsmouth boy at heart but currently go to uni in Plymouth. Watched them play a couple of times last year, they didn't look too awful!

All I can say is have faith. Things looked pretty bad at Pompey but we pulled through, I'm sure Plymouth will as well.

Don't go under Plymouth, I need something to watch when I'm at uni ):

they need to find 700k WITH IN a week not PER week I believe. correct me if Im wrong tho, but 700k a week is the wage requirements of a mid-high table prem side... no wonder The Janners have issues if they are paying that on wages...

Also half this forum seems to be at uni in Plymouth lol!

Is a winding up order when you go into liquidation or go into admin ?

wahay go argyle, fudged again -.- we were meant to increase capacity to 30,000 like 3 or 4 years ago when Holloway was in charge... but he left, and we spiralled down... bring on Exeter, next home game... tickets in block 16. bring it.

I don't give a **** what league we are in, I would still turn up. :)

Not an option! XD

Argyle till I die! League 1, Premier League or Carlsberg Southwest Peninsula League.

Ahh man, don't want you to go it will be three less points for us when we play you at Hillsborough.

Nah just kidding hope they don't go , never wan't any club to fold

I think england not winning the world cup could be very bad for argyle. They pretty much gambled everything trying to get world cup without investing in the team and now they wont have it they are left with nothing and alot of rubbish overpaid players. no longer owning your stadium and ridsdale involved means you could be in quite alot of trouble! anyone know how bad it really is?
tbh i dont want plymouth to be wound up after waiting so long to play them - that would just leave us with torquay as rivals :( would much prefer they got relegated then they just carry on struggling :P
anyway hopefully you will still have a team this time next week so we can have our guaranteed 3 points next saturday.;)

Torquay? "lol"

It all went wrong when Ebanks-Blake and Holloway left. :(

Lol, just realised. I support Liverpool and follow Portsmouth and Plymouth. What a great few months it's been for me.

maybe you should be an Everton fan for a bit, and follow Southampton and Exeter... <)

Argyle season ticket holder here...join the protest half 12 before the game vs exeter. Board out, players not property :@

i heard tht if the risdale bid fails then Home Park may need to be sold for like 7.5 million
plus reid needs more time to adjust the plymouth team.

However the most worrying thing is whether we will be forced to sell Wright Phillips or Noone to raise funds

PAFC TILL I DIE

Didn't think it would be too long until an Exeter fan walked in on the topic XD

In all fairness, if we have to get rid of Noone & Wright-Phillips, then let it be- BWP has scored since November 2nd, and yes it would hurt to see Noone go- But we would rather have a Football Club, missing those 2 or keep them and end up with no football club? I know which one, I'd prefer.

An easy derby win against Exeter this Saturday, followed by smashing up Leyton Orient and we will be chasing the playoffs- Where we should be (H)

Green Army ;)
