NEW 4-2-3-1 & 4-3-3 V3 - UPDATED CORNER TACTICS

USE THE 4-3-3 AGAINST TOP, TOP SIDES AWAY
NOTE: THE 4-2-2-2 IS NO LONGER SUPPORTED

I have just started experimenting with FM14, so I decided to start out with a relatively strong squad for now (Chelsea). I have created a new tactic that has worked well for me. It is an attacking, fluid tactic, which generates a lot of shots and chances per game. It is also heavily possession based with a high defensive line, relying on short passes to work the ball into the box. The strikers run into channels, and the wide attackers are inside forwards who pass to the strikers but also dribble inside to shoot. Having creative, quick attacking midfielders like Hazard, Oscar, and Mata is highly recommended, as well as a striker who can play the false nine position. It also helps to have center defenders who are good in the air, as they scored a fair amount of goals for me. Wing backs should be fast so they can track back to defend.
I won the league and the CL in my first season, although I did have some bad results early in the season before my team was used to the tactics.
I have my assistant handle individual player training focus, and have the team training set to attacking movement. In the beginning of the season, it also helps to set team cohesion to high. Player roles and instructions are built into the tactic.
Please try it out and let me know how it works for you.
NOTE: I AM IN MY SECOND SEASON NOW, AND THE SCREENSHOTS OF THE TEAM SHOW MY CURRENT SQUAD. I DID NOT HAVE FALCAO, FABREGAS, AND WITSEL IN MY FIRST SEASON. MY STRIKERS IN MY FIRST SEASON WERE TORRES AND ETO'O FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON.
There are 2 versions of the tactic. 4-2-3-1 which I use for home games, and 4-3-3, which I use away and against the toughest teams.
