There was 3 minutes added time (90+3). Then this happens;

Luckily Bayern lost, so I'm still in the title race... But this seriously ****** me off.
 
@adziom - I appreciate the response. My intention was not to attack your point, but to try and understand exactly what would solve the problem. After your second response, I do get it. In fact your statement of "flicks a switch" is something I completely agree with. I also 100% agree with you that the challenges the game throws at you keep you addicted as you get to use your brain to try and find a fix. When I see things death spiraling for no apparent reason, I start to spaz out a bit, benching tons of players, completely changing my tactics and all that does it make it worse. But then I step back and think, isn't this how it happens IRL? I sometimes feel bad when I am on long winning streaks as that is when it doesn't feel realistic.
 
At the end of the day I actually prefer this game to FM2010. I had a journeyman game on that one where I won something like 12 consecutive titles - 2 with Porto, 3 with Roma and about 6 with Middlesbrough, who had had a tycoon takeover but still finished 7th the previous season and had barely improved the squad. I also had another career game where I took over Woking, won back to back promotions and then went to Leeds, won the Championship first time and then finished 4th in the first PL season having barely spent any money to improve the squad, it was ridiculous.

That is exactly when it feels unrealistic, it was too easy. This game is rewarding in that its possible to achieve success consistently without ridiculous achievements, but challenging, even if the means by which it challenges you can be annoying.
 
Look at how much the player is worth (far right), and look how much they want for him
 
I have decided to now just watch the match Analysis and Match stats. No 2D or 3D watching. because each time the game engine has a defender make a mistake It ****** me right off.

6 games in a row this has now happened...i don't get injuries any other way..****** ridiculous
 
I'm totally not happy.


I play as basingstoke in an online game with a friend who is boston united. He just got promoted to the championship while I'm in league one. But that isn't the issue.

The thing is, My board won't give me ANY ****** MONEY.

I got promoted, finished 2nd. I had 450k per annum wages vs the next lowest of 750k. The highest was Bradford had 3.2 Million, and my mate who started off with me had 2.2 Million.

Now, After being promoted and now having to go into my third season of League 1. I had a 28k wage budget to use, which is weak. I can't sign any free transfers for any money because they all want max wages that I can't afford. Players who I can get are rated for Good League two players current ability and potential ability. My Mate, who started in the same tier btw, Gets 55k wages. His stadium is about the same size as mine also.

So, End of the season, Intital budget. I was hoping to get a increase in wages considering the club made a profit and have 400k in the bank..

Comes in. 25k on Wages, 3 k less then last season and 0 on transfer funds.

Sponsorship money increased by 40k too, and this is the rubbish I get. Driving me up the wall. I finished 9th in the first season of league one, then last season I finished 5th and got knocked out in the semi finals of the playoffs. I mean, how bs is this.

You could negotiate that down pretty far. They just say that to see if you'll actually pay it. However he would become pretty valuable to their club so their asking for what he could be worth in the future, not what he is worth to them now.
 
Attributes and outcomes not showing any correlation too!

Players that have free kicks and long shots > 15 never even hit the target with their free kicks, but then randomly another player with free kicks 12 and long shots 6 can curl them into the top corner 50% of the time.

Also, centre backs with heading 17 nodding over when they have a free header from 4 yards half a dozen times a match, while another defender in the same positions that doesn't play as often with heading of say 9, seem to score one in three attempts

Anyone else get this?

On my Ajax save atm (4th season, won Eredivisie each year, Dutch Cup each year, QF's of CL twice now) I've brought in Podolski, Piatti, E. Torres, M'Bengue amongst others... and can bid for more, just don't want to break my wage structure.

Strange.
 
Actually

When your opponents are on the counter from a corner and your RB is trailing and your LB doesn't try and close him down when he is infront of the ST but just runs backwards with him rather then at least making any attempt to stop him.

When a cross comes in hits the woodwork and lands at the opponent wingers feet and your RB makes no attempt to close down and your CB's aren't even watching the striker on the far post or aren't in line with the RB so the cross goes straight over to the wide open ST.

When a Freekick comes in and not one of your players make an attempt to clear the ball

when the ball is played back to your keeper, he passes it out to your CB and it hits your CB's **** and falls to the other teams leading scorer with a net as wide open as Paris Hilton's legs.


When all Four of these things happen in the one game.

Same with my Zenit. 60 Million to spend 130k to spend on wages. Won the league last year best player I could get was Kaka who can barely start for me :/
 
Apart from the odd one in a shootout, I never, ever see penalties saved, and the opposition hardly ever hit them on target. I think in 11 seasons of my current game, my players hit the odd penalty off target, and I can maybe remember one or two instances when the AI have, but they never ever ever ever get saved.

In shootouts sometimes they do, but still very rarely compared to real life.

I had my goalkeeper, defensive midfielder and one of my full backs swiped from me as Chunnam Dragons just before the start of my Asian Champions League campaign.

i had my gk removed this year too
its not the rule itself thats so wrong but the timing is terrible, just before the League Cup and Champions Cup finals, and World Club competitions, if they did it before season it would be great so you could form a team and play with it all year long, luckily i won away at Sangju 4 0 and won the title ,
