I'm trying this out with Ajax. I'm unbeaten in the league, but in Europe I'm struggling to keep clean sheets and hold on to leads. Played 3 games in the CL so far and have drawn them all. I've also noticed that I struggle to create clear cut chances, even with the match prep set to attacking movement. The build up play is fantastic, but I seem to have about 15 shots to 1 or 2 goals. I do have a young squad though and hardly any money to spend, so that could be a big reason. Defensively it's solid, especially at home. The only problem I have away from home is that the wing backs get a bit of a hammering from opposition wingers, so I set them as full backs with a supporting duty, that seems to have worked. I've also changed the BWM to defend rather than support and changed the DLP to support instead of defend, seems to make more sense to me considering I only have two defensive midfielders.

I'm in first season ( adjusted my budget ) At the start was winning with 4-6 goals now November time i seem to win 1-0 with 20+ shots with 3 on target I haven't changed any of the settings, only using shouts like get forward when at home away i don't use any, i let my assistant ( Jorge Valdano) to the team talks/opposition instructions and match prep ) training is now attacking (high)

Your 4-4-2 has been superb for me so far. Quadruple with Chelsea in the 1st season and U21 Championship with Spain.

Don't worry just started using your team talk guide and is working very well since ( the Spurs capital one cup final)

Orite raikan, what changes have you made to the tactics with this new update you have made?? Anything major or just little tweaks and have you tried it yourself?? That last one sounds abit of a stupid question
um a few little changes here and there mate, nothing too hectic! the tactic worked perfectly as is but after a review it seemed like it had a few little things that needed changing which I addressed..
the testing was only done for like 10 games or so, giving the amount of time to gel etc not enough for the squad

that is a first, the IF's on my save and others have been their best players
maybe use exploit flanks and run at defence shouts
well done mate, that is a great achievement!
I would start making small changes to the tactic, after a while the AI seem (still debatable) to "learn" your tactics and counter it...
just increase tempo/width, change defensive line etc..

much better! the one thing I was going to say that would be the problem is that YOU are not doing team talks etc.. and THIS is a MUST!! no matter how good your AM is it adds nothing to the players...YOU need to manage them, not your AM

Raikan007 first of all thank you for this nice tactic. The second season in a row MU goes for triple crown in England.
However as Im using it only on Home matches I have one reflection - the AMC player is not working good as it could be.
For examples with Fight For Arena V11 from Zero Sea my AMC (Jack Wilshere) always finishing league with massive ammount of assists (15+) but with this tactic this player is not working well like others.
Can you look at it ?

you are more than welcome to copy and paste those AMC settings into this tactic mate.. I feel the AMC does exactly what I want in the tactic and does exactly what Gotze and other AMC's do for Dortmund in real life.. hence the tactic is the way it is
I started using the updated tactic and ticked the focus passing off. So, even though the 5th season started poorly I still managed to to win everything, except the FA-Cup. Including the Premier Title the second time and the Champions League third time (second in a row). Also the 6th season has started off pretty good.
All-in-all a great tactic! At the moment my only "problem" is that the team chairman doesnt seem to appreciate me enough and doesnt give in to my requests at all!

As regards the Training, i know you say you switch it up between Att Mov/Def Pos depending on the opposition, but do you keep Team Cohesion on during the season too or do you change it to something else?

Striker isnt much effective
who are you playing upfront mate? and who are you playing behind and outwide.. its all about build up play mate.. he cant do anything if he is not getting the correct service
