By far the best I've seen...
This is by far the best tactic I've tested...
I usually ended up creating my own tactics but this one really delivers what you expect. I've seen many high possesion, offensive tactics that concedes a lot and many times don't result in good match stats.
This has been working wonderfully with my Santos. Santos is a tricky team to play with because it has many wonderkids but lacks good players in some positions, and finances are horrible.
This is from one of my first games with the tactics. It ended up helping me win Brazil's first division (I started using it about mid-season but had very hard games ahead).
After winning 1st division I used it through pre-season focusing mostly on Team Blend match preparation. This resulted in some impressive results and now I'm leading both State Championship and Copa Libertadores (group).
Gonna try it for the rest of the season and give my feedback. But the tactic has really impressed me not only for the results but for the way the team plays: really controlling the game, exploring the flanks well but not wasting crosses, doing good defensive work, many beautiful plays.
Below is my current lineup. I've hired Defederico on a free transfer and he's doing great. I also got a few better DMs because Santos lacks in this department. There are plenty good ones for free if you look well. A part from that I got Bolanos and Jonatas and they help a lot as subs. Everything else is already there with Santos: Neymar (I'm trying him as Adv. Playmaker Left and he's doing surpringly well there), Paulo Henrique (plays best as CM then ACM, don't know why), Arouca (very good MC), Alex Sandro (good DL), Rafael (good GK). And also some good subs / rotation players like Marquinhos (bad stats but keeps surpring me), Alan Patrick, Madson, Maikon Leite.
I'm having 62%+ possession, 80%+ passes completed (some games get to 90%!), 15+ shots and 3+ CCC per game.
* I did a few tweaks to better fit my players but the only major change was that I switched the DMC with the CMR in roles - I play with a common DMC (Def) and the MCR as a Deep Lying Playmaker. This seemed better for my team, but I wonder what is the deal with having the CMR as the actual "ball winning defender".
Thanks!
