He's including all playable elagues so maybe not Japan, but definitely South Korea i would assume.

For transfers, I'm thinking of putting transfer Embargos on the clubs, I have given the teams the 20 Youth and training facilities so could maybe live of that.

It's quite easy to enforce transfer embargo's for the clubs
