Just stumbled on this tactic, it’s so good playing with Everton and I have Gomez from Valencia as my target man. He’s by far the best player in the team , do you have a training schedule to follow? Or just leave to *** man ?

@thedude1979 I've just picked up this tactic, i honestly really like it. Testing it I could smash Liverpool 3 times in a row, then next game I come against a 4-1-4-1 and i struggle unless I go into ultra attacking, any reason why? is there formats its weak against. What do you go for home and then away? do you have any specific instructions or mentality for each?

Started a save w Millwall as they look well suited for this with Smith as TM, good crossers in Wallace and Conor.

Started of wonderful, unbeaten for the entire first month of the league then I lost four straight games in a row conceiding two or more goals. Ive gone from looking like a promotion contender to beeing absolutley bleak as ****. WTF??

@thedude1979 Any semi strong team that uses 4-3-3 destroy this tactic and ive no clue why, any idea what to sue to counter 4-3-3? or a way to just smash them with this format?

This tactic work really well for MK Dons. Won league one and championship consecutively.

2nd place with werder first season.
very unlucky, lost title in april due to lack of depth, especialy on wings.
If any one looking for target man then Jannie Serra young and cheap German was fantastic for Us.

No I just leave it as it is. I tend to change the mentality to either attacking or defending in the last 15 minutes depending on if I’m winning or losing.

Any work from Vujevic(very specific, require lots of good micro managment etc..) , this target man tactic, Fuss 4123 tactic.
And many others ofcourse knap, stephenks, chrissy tactics will work perfect with right team building arround the tactic.
