Finally finished the season with Lyon and gave the 4231 tactic with SS a go to see how it fairs in the french League and its fair to say that it was a fun season to watch. As you can see from the photos, the team did very well in the league and also won the French Cup, went quite far in the champs league but was knocked out by a very strong Inter Milan side. Overall the 4231 tactic is a very solid tactic and I will be using it for the next season, however I will be giving the 433 another go to see how that does. Depay was having a great season as a SS but unfortunately was injured for 3 months in February so missed the rest of the season, he was on 32 appearances 12 goals and 14 assists.

Yes, it was a great season. Glad to see that you tried it with the wing back high in the pitch. Because is the most ofensive tweak of the 4231 tactic.

*****433 TEST with QUEEN'S PARK FC (4th tier - last playable league in Scotland) - 100% Holiday Mode*****​

Hi guys,
Usually, I was thinking to make one test during the morning (2 seasons) and another 2 seasons test during the afternoon. Today was different due to the lack of access to my computer. I give it a try on the 433 tactic with Queen's Park FC - for those who don't know, was Alex Ferguson's first team as football player (4th tier - last playable league in Scotland) and after 5 seasons, we get the Ladbrokes Premiership.
1st season - Finished 2nd, and got promoted via playoff to tier 3.
2nd seson - Finished 4th, and got promoted via playoff to tier 2.
3rd season - Finished 6th
4th season - Finished 4th, lost in playoff.
5th season - Finished 1st, and got promoted to tier 1.
6th season - Should I give it a go on holiday mode to see what happens in Scotland 1st division?
Apart from the usual SS, I will also post my 3 best players (season rating) for you to get an ideia of the squad quality...

Media prediction on 2nd tier was 8th and we finished 1st, 9pts ahead.

Did you try to put your wing back a bit forward? Sometimes, be more agressive may be a great solution. ?

i used this tactic that i think is very good. i put some tweak, well, i change even formations but with same of football... anyone can try? cause im winning to many games. the football is bad, but its working.

You changed formation, other tweaks and just because you decided to, just post your tactic on comments section. The name you gave to the tactic, I mean, I'll not even talk about it. Anyway, if you are being well suceeded with those tweaks and your tactic, create your own thread and if it is really based on mine, just write it down on your thread, when explaining your tactic.

It depends a lot on your team, I guess. For example, on my main save in AFCW, I managed to get better results using the 4-3-3 as the team was built for that formation since the very beginning.
Meanwhile, I started a new save in Ajax and the better formation for that team is 4-2-3-1. I'm using it (with small tweaks since Home win 5-0 against Zenit) and the results are quite amazing, I must say. (I know it's Eredivisie and the UCL group stage was weak, but anyway).

(yes, a lot of penalties ahaha)

Yes, he is very good player but certainly will become a beast! Who have been impressing me the most is Szoboszlai. I know him for a couple of years and I think is a great prospect (in real life) quite similar to what I saw in Goretzka and Max Mayer back in theirs U17 WC. I decided to sign him because I think it will fit in Ajax (here and in real life) before he makes the biggest jump of his career. Take a look of his stats:
