I'm just about to reach May on 433 tactic test on Derby County which was what "Metal_head" asked posting results asap. But tbh, were very good.

It will depend on the squad you have and players for their role. On my main save in AFCW I tried a few games with 4231 and didn't perfom so well as 433.

Hi Kun, your Ajax tweak looks interesting. I am play only with Red Star on FM20 and try more then 50 tactics. So far StephenHK Invincible 442 v2 is the best for me.
Can you send me Ajax tweak to test with my squad?

Goog tactic Kun. This is my impressions for 4231 (Ajax tweak)
Tactic with a lot of potential. No transfers
Positive: fast football, great transition, nice to watch, lot of goals, goot attack fk, ck and trow
Negative: deffansive free kicks

That's the way! Tactic is tested in few leagues, with different reputation teams.
Some other people should look into this thread
