Haha. Sorry. But, wow.

MAN MANAGEMENT.. it's the name of the game.

You can't simply pick random players and expect your team to win.

Have you bought a lot of new players?

If so, then you MAY have a problem.

If not? well.. do what i usually do;

Dont go to the extremes. (ex, hard training etc).

Dont try to buy 11 new players (it will have bad influence on your suqad).

Dont switch between tactics during an ongoing season (!!! IMPORTANT !!!)

Ive actually won the Championship.. first season with Peterborough.. no signings... MAN MANAGEMENT, its the name of the game.

If i got time over, i may actually release a "MALTES TAKE ON MAN MANAGEMENT"-guide.... :)

I'm puzzled too. I didnt make much transfer and my team report had a good level of understanding and morale.
 
Home lose to Barcelona 2-1. When I compare how my team play against Barca and Bayern, I realize they are attacking more thn the opposition but thn not creating chances
 
Well I have to say I.M.Possible is amazing. I went with it instead of 451 because of the players I had. Promoted with Ramsgate into the Blue Square Bet Premier.

and now i can use custom backgrounds in skins that dont allow custom backgrounds

i was searching it for a long time and dont want to pay money to use whats free ... so one of my friend cracked it and i got it from him. i am not sure weather if i can attach the files for fmrte and the custom backgrounds on this site .

if any one can find it i will u load them

- Impressive especially after being down to 9 man, However... slightly concern with the tackling and booking rate, is thr anything i can do to minimize this?

EDIT : Forget to mention, before this match... Carrick, Sandro ( Signing ), Jones, Smalling, Evans are all ruled out. Had to force myself to throw in a young center back Fornasier, who is not even strong enough to play for a Championship side in this big game.

Really impressive result . No the tackling is the part of the success of the tactics .if u get red every other match than u make the tackling normal .
