6 min: Kivuvu despatched the freekick goalwards but it went over the bar.
20 min: Smallwood hit a 30 yard ball ahead of Salamon. Salomon pounced onto it! But Trojan did brilliantly to turn it round the post.
41 min: Destro brought the ball forward and tried to look for Bender to run onto his pass but Trojan gathered the ball safely.
45 min: Halftime and the scoreline is still 0-0.

52 min: Rodallega got up to head at goal! But Hart gathered the ball safely.
65 min: Rodallega played a pinpoint pass to Defoe. Defoe came forward! But Defoe put it high and wide.
66 min: Vagner Love took to the field to replace Salamon.
68 min: Bender advanced with the ball. Bender hit a fierce shot! Vitezslav Trojan saved and held the ball.
71 min: Vagner Love moved in on goal. He unleashed a fierce drive high at goal! Trojan did brilliantly to turn the ball away.
81 min: Defoe kept moving the ball but he put it high and wide.
86 min: Defoe moved forward with the ball. The ball went clean over the bar.
89 min: Papadopoulos forced the ball goalwards with a header! But he sent his header over the bar.
90 min: 3 minutes of added time.
90 + 2 min: Defoe played a superb ball for Rodallega. Rodallega was through on goal! Joe Hart saved but could not hold onto it. Becker centred the ball. Good play by Defoe in making himself some space! Defoe got his head to the ball! JERMAIN DEFOE SCORED FOR TOTTENHAM!!! Tottenham scored after an excellent break away.
90 + 4 min: Final whistle blown and Tottenham have won the FA Cup!

Rushden & Diamonds have completed the double signing of Kyle Naughton and Albin Ekdal from CSKA Moscow and Napoli respectively. The combined fee was believed to be around $4 million. Ekdal was being transfer listed by his former club and Valentino Rossi wasted no time and quickly place a bid for him.

Ched Evans was reported to be unhappy with his current team, AS Roma, as he did not get much first team chances at there. Rushden boss will be eager to add him to his squad in order to bolster his attacking options for the new season.
