Yeh, I think it will work best this way - after all, the teams picking last will have the money to cover any losses they take

Pretty sure I'm not following something. We have five players, and we're picking 3, so that takes it to 8. What about the rest of the players?

We keep the rest of our squad. The draft is just there to mix it up a little and to give the 'small teams' a fighting chance.

Just having looked at the game save, Kingsley Coman is on loan from Juventus at Bayern. The problem is If I count it as a transfer from either Juventus or Bayern then the other will have lost a player as well. Therefore Kingsley Coman is not a valid draft choice and will need to be reselected.

Is that the same for all loan players?
 
Might it be better if everyone did what IndiBlue has done and states which team they have taken players from?! Just for people who can't access the game until later and then we know which team has had players taken

Yeah that might not be a bad idea. I will chip in and post updates about remaining draft restrictions where I can, but if you could all keep tabs on it as well then it should make it a much quicker process :)

Anyway..my 3 picks.

I'll take Ibra (PSG) back to Milan!
Sergio Ramos(Real Madrid) will show up our defence!
Lastly, Kompany (Man City) with Ramos...2 rocks at the back!

Haven't played too much FM this year so not sure how injury prone Kompany is this year...Oh well :p


Wages go through the roof ;) but sure Ibra's contract expires at the end of 1 season, why not.

Yeah Milan don't have any great central defenders; this will sort that problem. Ibra may be approaching mid 30s but the guy can still score a tonne for any top team and he is on the last year of his contract with PSG so I'll only have to keep him a year at milan if I want.

Hoping the experience will fire me up the table, I'll look at youth when I'm in a position to do so..aka have a strong team in all positions.

Looking forward to seeing who everyone else chooses..
