Just a quick side note, does anybody make fantasy kits in photoshop for the game or know someone who does? I remember awhile back there was a lot of people on the forums who made them but now it appears there's a lot less. If anybody could help me out, it'd be appreciated:)
I can, but not very well. What is it that you need?

Enjoying this!! Harsh sacking tho!!! Btw how are Swindon doing now and who is in charge now?

Scott Parker secured his first signings of his Crystal Palace career as Oliver Norwood and Marquinhos joined the Eagles on the first of January having already agreed deals in advance. Norwood, having impressed at Huddersfield after leaving Manchester United, joined for 800,000 pounds and adds some versatility to the Palace midfield whilst wonderkid Marquinhos was unhappy at his playing time at French champions PSG - meaning he forced through a transfer to Selhurst Park. Weimann left Championship side Aston Villa to join Parker in an attempt to aid the scoring efforts of Dwight Gayle and Marouane Chamakh before youngster Jesse Lingard, goalkeeper Matthew Ryan and free agent Marc Crosas all joined on the final day of the transfer window.

Many of the players shipped out by Parker weren't playing in the first team and left to free up some much needed wage budget. Winger Jimmy Kebe - who didn't play once under Parker - joined French side AC Ajaccio for 1.5 million pounds before youngsters Allassani and King joined Charlton and Peterborough respectively on loan. Damien Delaney left Selhurst Park for the Keepmoat Stadium, whilst Jerome Thomas and Danny Gabbidon will be team-mates at Millwall. Dean Moxey and Glenn Murray - two of the more experienced players in the Palace team - were loaned out to Bolton and Burnley respectively to get some first-team action. Finally, winger Jermaine Pennant - who was at Selhurst Park on a loan deal from Stoke City - was sent back to his parent club as Parker played the former Liverpool star just once.

Scott Parker's spell at Selhrust Park keeps getting better as his side moved into the top half for the first time this season. Wins against Newcastle United and at Everton as well as progression in the Budwesier FA Cup thanks to wins over Northampton Town and Portsmouth meant January was a fairly positive month for the Eagles as they continue to soar. Losses against 1st and 2nd placed Manchester United and Chelsea were the only negatives in a month which also saw Parker sign up several key players for his team. After beating Portsmouth, Crystal Palace have been drawn against Hull City at Selhurst Park on the 14th of February. To get to this stage, Hull have overcome Reading as well as Sunderland.

Review

Scott Parker's Crystal Palace side faced 4 of the top 7 teams this month as Manchester City, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur all visited Selhurst Park whilst the Eagles made trips to Arsenal and Hull City. Wins against Manchester City and Hull as well as a draw against Liverpool lightened the blow as the Eagles suffered disappointing defeats gainst Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur. In the only FA Cup game of the month, Hull City were easily beaten at Selhurst Park as Crystal Palace progressed into the 6th Round where they will face Everton at Goodison Park on the 7th of March.

Man, you're getting the results mate! Awesome story and doing a good job at Palace. Great work!

Essien, Woodgate, Diaby, Owen or Hargreaves considering they spend or spent half there career injured would be good ones
Dean Ashton is worth considering too.

Great results so far, especially in the cup! And some great January transfers (especially Marquinhos) too - keep up the good work!

Crystal Palace remained unbeaten in March as they played just three games. The Eagles secured a visit to Wembley for the Budweiser FA Cup Semi-Final against Manchester City on the 11th of April after overcoming Everton in the 6th Round thanks to a late goal from midfielder Mile Jedinak. A draw at Selhurst Park against Swansea City was followed by an away win at Cardiff City as Scott Parker's side remain in the top half of the Barclays Premier League. Young striker Dwight Gayle moved level on top of the league goalscoring charts with Tomer Hemed of Cardiff City as he scored his 17th league goal of the season against Swansea.

Review

Crystal Palace experienced a weird coincidence this month as they played West Bromwich Albion in successive Barclays Premier League games with the first being at Selhurst Park. These games concluded a month, aside from a loss at home against West Ham United, that was very positive for the Eagles as they picked up wins against Norwich City and Stoke City in the Barclays Premier League whilst also progressing to the Final of the Budweiser FA Cup after a fantastic Semi-Final win over Manchester City. Dwight Gayle scored 3 league goals this month to take his league total to 20 - meaning he is now the Barclays Premier League top scorer. The Final of the Budweiser FA Cup will be played on the 9th of May as Crystal Palace play against Chelsea who have already secured the Barclays Premier League title.

FA Cup Final Preview

View attachment 457542

Barclays Premier League Champions Chelsea face Crystal Palace in the Budweiser FA Cup Final today as they look to secure their 3rd competition of the 2014-2015 season. The Blues, having won the Premier League and UEFA Super Cup, face a Crystal Palace side high on confidence as manager Scott Parker has instilled a belief amongst the Eagles' players and fans.

Chelsea go into the Final having already won the competition 7 times whilst their opponents have never won the competition - this being only the second time they've reached the final. Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho gave this statement on the game: "It's got the potential to be one of the best cup finals ever. On one side we have ourselves, creating magical, magical football and on a winning run. We've won two trophies already and have the UEFA Champions League Final to look forward to after this so it's obvious we're a trophy winning side. In the other corner, we have Crystal Palace - they've probably outdone everybody's expectations this year but I didn't doubt Scott Parker once. As soon as he was appointed, I picked up the phone and said "well done" because I knew he is a very, very good manager. It's definitely going to be interesting and one to look forward to."

Scott Parker, manager of Crystal Palace, released a statement before the game reading: "It's a massive game for our club. Having only reached the final once before in 1990 and losing to Manchester United, it means so much to the players, myself, the board, and most importantly, the fans. The press are saying the pressure isn't on our side as we aren't expected to win, but I'm putting pressure on myself because I know what this game means to our fans. It would be fantastic news to be able to win a cup final - especially against a team of Chelsea's calibre. As an assurance to the fans, I'd like to say we're going out to win this. We aren't looking to play on the counter or soak up pressure - we know what Chelsea are all about but we'll do our own fair share of attacking and hopefully it'll pay off."

Sky Bet odds on the result of the Budweiser FA Cup Final

Crystal Palace 3-1
Chelsea 4-5 (Favourite)
