Show off Your Regen Players

This is the best I've come across. Has a potential of 198 and is apparently the best player in the world for his role.
 
How do you get these regen players? Ive tried looking but cant find any :(
 
What do you reckon to these? I would appreciate advice on roles as well please.

Bures cost me the princely sum of 70k from Brno at the end of season one.

Evren cost just 5k the next season

Bargains all around lol
 
I was WTF when i see this lad

He does not want me though.

Offered 52K wage + bonus 2.7m + 11K appearence + 11K goal bonus + %25 wage rise

But he sad no again!!

Before I even clicked to enlarge the screeny, I knew he would be a German.
In all my saves, no German regens will leave Germany at first. Fabian Fuchs and Lars Lorz are both amazing in my current game, but they keep refusing me on the grounds that "They still have a lot to learn."
 
this guy actually came through my own youth system and he actually looks like he's gonna be good - such a rare thing to come through your own team

year 2040/41 and he is the first one i had this good from own team - waited over 30 seasons for a gem!

They always have something to learn there. German discipline maybe. There are also 2-3 classy regens in Germany but they are the same
