I actually maybe have the next him at the club called Flavio he's developing quite nicely, but I'm not sure will he become as good as Victor.

Picked this guy up from Copenhagen. Figured I would be paying a tonne when I found him, but he had a clause in his contract with a min release clause of £8.5m for foreign clubs.
Figured I would bid, but he wouldn't want a contract with me, but, luckily he did, although had to pay him a bomb! Definitely worth it though, and hes playing pretty well upfront with my Dutch regen, posted earlier in this thread.

He's also 4 years younger,imo he can be as good.
You will have to train him well still very good i mean your not in the strongest league in the world either
First things first, I don't manage Hajduk now(I recently moved to my hometown club Junak).
Secondly, after I left Hajduk Hajduk had 8800 reputation after 3 times in a row winners of CL
Thirdly, I had the best training and youth facilities/academy/recruitment network there.
So, I think he can be as good as Victor as long as the stupid comp. manager doesn't sell him.

great bunch of players. Got Couturier and Barrios for peanuts when they were younger, Fraser White came through my youth system. Probably helps that you have people like Xavi, Messi, Sneijder and Zidane as part of your coaching team!
