Second season at Chelsea. Came 3rd in my first season (behind United and Southampton), crashed out of the FA and League Cups, but won the Champions League. First season I managed to sign Luke Shaw, Mario Pugliese and Paulo Dybala, then picked up Ronaldinho and Isaac Cuenca (who happened to be unattached) on free transfers.
Got rid of lots of deadwood. Out went Branislav Ivanovic, Fernando Torres, Ryan Bertrand, Demba Ba, Ronaldinho, Isaac Cuenca (was offered ?7m for him) and Marko Marin. Relased Eto'o, then loaned out Victor Moses and a host of other young guys. Promoted Courtois, Zouma, Wallace, Romeu and Lukaku to the first team. I play a 4-2-3-1, with a BWM and DLP in the middle. Current team looks like this:

Brought in Balanta to replace Ivanovic, Mitrovic to replace Torres, and was going to place Moses in the first team (homegrown player and all that) but noticed I could get Tom Ince on a free. Less wages, minimal fee, and a slightly better player sorted that out.

I'm so happy with the team and the youth. I tried to keep it as "Arsenal" as possible. I usually quit after the first season. But I really, really, really like this squad for some reason. Every single position is double or triple covered with variety in those positions (for example 2 players will be straight replacements with the 3rd usually a variant of that).

This is one of the best squads I've ever assembled. I'd be confident in taking on anyone with this team.

Such a balanced side. I've spent 88.62m in 3 seasons and sold 68.99m worth of players. Overall 19.63m was spent on assembling the squad which I think is really quite good. Especially considering I've made my own tactics and don't really like "sweaty" play. Calhanoglu is babied throughout training and pretty much consistently performs and is never injured. I fear if I buy a backup he'll get injured as that tends to happen :$
I finished 3rd in my first season thanks to some amazing performances. Second season we just established ourselves as one of the best sides in Germany by winning the league and winning the Euro Cup. The board also granted me a stadium expansion and upgraded corporate and training facilities to "top" level and youth facilities to "great" and will make that top soon too. Need better youth recruitment which currently sux

It could be addons, but yeah, that'd be pretty silly unless you're like me and been playing for +15 years and dislike the unrealistic transfer fees and do it for a "visual thing" in the players history (I do it for youth players all the time... 1.5m looks better than 10.5m so just pay it in fees and it'll hide all except up front + monthly)
Also... farming players is just as unacceptable as cheating IMO. It IS cheating IMO. Buying 5 wunderkids for 10m and selling them for 100m a year later. It's bs. Play properly or don't play at all I say (6)
