Half a season done and so far I have mixed feelings. I'm playing with Vit. Guimarães, which is predicted 5th. The team plays good football. I've got really good results but also some disappointing ones. I'm still in the fight for CL and, with a bit of luck, for the League title. I'll update when the season is over. From what I've seen, I think that this tactic can do really well with a better/top team.

I always Demand More, ALWAYS, I REPEAT ALWAYS DEMAND MORE.
I never change from attacking. Never.
No OI.
I avoid team meetings.. Holiday..1 day. Team talks to the AM.
No training! Training to AM! Can and will improve results!
No player traits worked! Can and will improve results!
My defence was good but not the best players. Can and will improve results.
The attack is the key, best defence is attack. You can take 4 if you score 5.
Top/Elite team, needs small/med team test.
Remember DEMAND MORE..DEMAND MORE...DEMAND MORE....DEMAND MORE

I am testing now.. with small teams..
Benfica test not holidayed.
250+ goals.

If you want to use for more them 1 season, take it out after last game of the season and reload tactic at the start of the new season.
