A striker. Negredo might be available, or Llorente. Someone to give them another option. And a LB.

Coentrao, Suarez etc. won't come though!
 
I think we have to be realistic here, january is not the best time to buy anyway, never is, the big signings are often not there. Chris Samba who is available would be a good buy, then i think another striker is priority, then its a case of working with what he has

Coentrao has said he likes Liverpool, but the chance to be managed by Mourinho is too hard to turn down.
 
We should really buy a forward to help Torres.. he's too isolated up there.
And signing Ashley Young would be a banger, tho I doubt it cause he's expensive

More chance in Suarez coming than Llorente tbh.
 
Selling torres would be a very bad idea, very bad thinking. almost as bad as those who blame the manager for his form. he was poor at world cup, im not talking injuries, im talking missing sitters. to be honest whoever liverpool sign will make little difference, it would be better to just completey write off this season and sign in the summer. teams have gotten that scent of fear and now play vs liverpool feeling they can win. which means they get stuck in more and show less respect. however the one signing that could make the difference is that number 7 iv seen, whats his name...um christ? first name jesus i think. that would make them title challengers! :D

EDIT: Obviously that is unlikely as their class players BUT if they dont come and all we can get is other poulsen's, Konchesky's ETC then id rather wait till summer and buy no-one as the reason were in this mess is cus of selling first teamers and buying squad fillers EG Alonso and Masch sold lucas, Meireles, Poulsen brought it :/

yh we need a class wingers like young, elia but suarez wont leave for at least £35million but we do need a striker to help el nino as n'gog is rubbish maybe carroll?
 
i wud get young and ella and wait until we get a new manger with exprenace in the transfer window n i dont think fabio countreo wil becomming to us becouse we r not in the champions leuege n defo keep hold off him n gerrard
 
Liverpool should think about offloading some of their squad players before thinking about new investment.

Elia and Suarez would come if NESV tossed enough money around. As for LB though, a main problem area, give Danny Wilson a chance at that role. I'm sure he's capable with some proper development. Liverpool's youth academy isn't that bad at all either. The good thing about Daglish is that he'll give more minutes to Shelvey, Pacheco, Kelly, Wilson, etc.

Don't know why people are complaining about needing to offload Babel and N'Gog. They're two of Liverpool's most spirited players at the moment. Plus they're wanting to prove themselves at that early 20's age.
