ok I took control over walsall. english 3 league I think media predictio 19th we will see.

Just fan made. It updates all the transfers, promotion and relegation, and cup competitions, as well as some CA/PA, I think. Makes it so it's like you're playing in the 15/16 season.
 
few things about team talk. I dont know what you use I find it best. if you lead by one draw or lose at home on half time assertive tell them they were bad and then you use defense midfield and attack them talk and you say to them you belive in them.

diferent team comes out.

I think much is in team talk.

never prase them except in the end if you win

I agree - team talks are really important. Never praise until the end of the game. Here's what I do:

At home, losing or tied = Assertive - not happy with you
At home, winning by 1 or tied with big team = Calm - not happy with you OR don't get complacent (judging by how they're playing)
At home, winning by 2 or more = don't say anything OR don't get complacent

Away, losing or tied = Calm - not happy with you
Away, winning by one = Calm - don't get complacent
Away, winning by two or more = don't say anything

Never praise until they win the game. Before the game, at home I do Assertive, I believe in you, or whatever it is. Before the game, away, I do Calm, I believe in you...

so I just started with watsall. I dont have much to show. from players I use in first 11 I only got defender right because of long throws.

in 3 games in league we conceded 2 goals. one whos from 30 meters from wodvork and of keeper in goal.

games I lost are division above me.

LOL. I don't know what to tell you. You're clearly doing something wrong - team talks, match squad picks, in-game management, making substitutions wrong, something. Because I'm killing it with Lazio, and you even have better defenders than my squad.

I will go tomorrow Watsall half season and then I will try do something with attacker. thats my only problem. I love when Striker strikes :)
 
Can you explain to me how the "changing positions" thing work. cause i see the DF changing position with the RMD R but the RMD R changing position with no one,and then the RMD L changing position thing its like blank. im so confused :)

The DF should be set to swap positions with the RMD on the left. It's built into the tactic, but if you click on your DF, then go to Player Information, you should see this:
