downgrade paul mcshanes current ability to 0 and it should be almost correct

Yeah, if people could help, maybe with specific countries/leagues so it is as accurate as we can get it. I want to get the transfers and relegation/promotions right, and then release WITHOUT
 CA/PA upgrades/downgrades, and then release another WITH CA/PA up/downgrades.

Around 10 minutes and I will post the newest version, correct as of now.:)

Depending on the date you start the game, the players who have expiring contracts will have theirs automatically renewed for 1 year.
 
Do you have an update without the CA/PA changes? :S
