I leave the briefings to my assistant.
but I do the team talks by my self

It is not suitable for your team i guess. Thats not good result. Sorry. Maybe try 4wingbacks tactic. Or audi v3 utilizing 3 strukers.

4wingbacks tactic. so far, best tactic of mine.

but I'm working on a new tactic for more goals.

I dont think the scoring is that bad 2nd highest goal scorers with 70 realistic to be fair,but will try your wingbacks tactic 2nd season

I think, that was the unluck of 'away match' or not fit to your team as you say.
maybe you need some pre-season for the new tactic.
