My university "WVU/West Virginia University" often gives scholarships to players all over the world. We even have a couple players who I've found on football manager! (I always sign them! (H))

Still hard to get any good players out of Europe though.

I used to play Rugby with a few lads from Tullamore when i was in college and they asked me to join up. If your interested you can e-mail the association for info how to get involved. Are there any Clubs near u?

Definately. Remains to be seen whether or not Green Bay can actually take advantage. Did nothing in the 3rd quarter offensively
