What tactic is this you are using? Loads of the Knap tactics are good with strong teams, but I looking for a bit more of an underdog tactic.

try Beast V4, i tried everything from 352 perfect V3, aggressor, Knap Raw Sienna/Goodbye, Zyndar Ronin/Samurai Elite, Franky's Hustler and nothing gave similar results
NOTE - started using Beast from Pescara game

don't know if i said it but use lower tempo vs weaker teams and normal vs teams who are stronger and tend to pressure better
