These tests are pointless! So subjectable. There are 4 tactics in the bottom half of this table that i have played, actually played 5 seasons with and been unbeaten for over 100 games with each.
Out of interest, which ones?
which ones and which teams ?
test is for underdogs,if u do this arsenal,tottenham or sth like that strong enough its not comparable.
The table doesn't necessarily mean the bottom half tactics are poor. But maybe you would have gone 200 unbeaten games with the top tactic

These 3 i played 5 full seasons with no IR or Holiday's. Won over 100 straight games and played very nice football. Played with Leeds, Manchester United, Bolton and Chesterfield

I have tried many tactics from the top of the league, some with great success. I just don't see the need for testing tables with fake teams, fake players, full health and happiness when i can get totally different results.
I can appreciate the work that goes into it but i just don't see the sense.

You make valid points in my view. Personally i have had great success with Cholo and Brazil 4222. Both aren't in the top 5 for example. I do think there is something to be said for 'underdog' vs 'established', as lets be honest, when your several years into a save (with an established team!), most likely you aren't a true underdog in the majority of games, given the players you've no doubt acquired. In that case, some of the tactics scoring lower in underdog tests are probably more suitable for your team. Dybala & a load of regens, and i'm sure a 'favourite' tactic is much more suitable! (K)

Having said that, i think these tests have value for deciding a tactic to start out with, and i put the table together to help people with that.

Please don't take me comments as a dig at you, your work is great for people that need it, i just don't see the sense in testing tables at all. People should just go and play the game and lern what tactics work. Thats not to say you can't ask a tactic maker about question but i just don't think you know how good a tactic is until you have used it for a while.
I know what you are saying about it helping you to select a tactic to start with but not for me, like i said, i get different results to the testing leagues due to my micro managing skills or lack of, depends how good i do.

Could you test my 442 but just using "leave to assman" on opo instructions, having amazing results with Jamacia with it, wanna see if it is just me. Your welcome to test the other two as well as i've not changed tactics for months and all 3 seem to still work. I only have FM Touch, so I'm no able to use this to test tactics.
And I've been desperately trying to find/make a working 442 for this year FM.
I think I'm might be on to something here. It's a tweak from 442 cholo simeone.
Can please someone test it?
