also how would cesc get in there team?

who would you drop? Buscuets?

Oh God. Let's not start this again...

No. He wouldn't get into their team.

No. They can't actually afford him.

No. You wouldn't drop Busquets. The most likely option would be playing Iniesta in the front three and putting Cesc in midfield, or even more likely, sticking him on the bench. Can't see why he apparently wants to go (I know he wants to go back eventually, but he has never said he wants to leave now..) - I know it's his child-hood club but surely he realises that Barca won't and haven't shown respect to him?

yeah they cant afford him anyway and he would be mist likely benched :)

if you have convinced yourself he is not going to go then why did you wound yourself up over one picture which was not even 100 percent serious

Once again, I didn't wind myself up at all, nor have I said I don't think he'll go. I said I don't know why he may WANT to go, but I didn't say I didn't think he would. Stop putting words in my mouth.

honestly not trying to take the **** but I really did not understand what u said , so do u think he will go, yes or no

cos in your earlier post it sounded like u convinced urself Barca are not going to buy him so I did not understand why u then had 2 insult Barca players for playing a harmless joke

Barca prove that they are classless ***** once again while training at London Colney. I REALLY hope we poison their lasagne...

Never said it did make them classless ***** or wind me up. It's wound up every one else more than me because I said two of their precious Catalan Heroes were *****. Barcelona are classless *****, this is one part of a rather large puzzle that isn't even specifically about Cesc. If I criticised almost any other team, people would get over it pretty quickly but when it's the cheating, diving, disrespectful Barcelona that everybody knows and loves and can't find fault with, then everyone's all over me like a bad rash.

Jheez. It wasn't even meant as a troll and yet everyone's reacting.

It's just a funny picture. Yes it's banter, that doesn't mean they AREN'T you-know-what but this picture doesn't MAKE them that on its own.

You said in your original post that 'Barca prove that they are classless ***** once again while training at London Colney'. Then you posted a picture immediately after, which implies that the photo is proof of their players apparently acting as 'classless ***** once again'. And then you claim that you didn't say it made them 'classless *****'. Bit confusing, no? That photo does not offer any evidence that they are 'classless *****' so I don't understand its relevance to your point, or the fact that you say 'once again', implying that the photo is one of the reasons behind your opinion.

In regards to your second point, I don't see why you say that while quoting me. I'm not a fan of Barcelona at all, and have never said I love watching them. I find their passing boring (but admirable) to be honest, and much prefer quicker counter-attacking football from other teams. I also find their play acting and referee surrounding antics disgraceful, so I don't like your accusation of me loving Barcelona being a reason behind my posts. I just thought you overreacted to a perfectly harmless picture because of your overwhelming hatred of Barcelona.

Robin van Persie won Arsenal fans' Goal of the Season award for his strike vs. Barcelona. Can't think why, good goal from a tight angle but nothing special. Nasri's two goals vs. Fulham were second and third and Arshavin's winner vs. Barca was fourth.

As mentioned, van Persie claimed second place in the Player of the Season competition which (almost definitely) paves the way for one Jack Wilshere to win.

Oh, and that kit is yuk.

May 26 marks the anniversary of arguably the most dramatic moment in Arsenal's history.
George Graham's side needed to beat Liverpool by two goals on that date in 1989 to bring the title back to north London for the first time since 1971.
Alan Smith's glancing header gave them hope early in the second half and Michael Thomas wrote his name in Arsenal folklore with the decisive second goal in stoppage time.

This is getting really boring now.

I have no idea whether he'll go or not. I said I don't understand why Cesc would WANT to go, and I said that Barca may not be able to fit him in, but when has that stopped them?

Jesus. I don't think they'll be too offended by my "insult" and I don't really know why you are kicking up such a fuss to be honest. Obviously it's a joke, it's got a little bit silly now and I do get that it's just banter but tbh, I don't like Barca one little bit for various reasons so I called them classless ***** because to me, that's exactly what they are, one way or another.

I was mass-quoting. I'm trying to say that the picture alone doesn't make them *****, but that they generally are, and their continuous obsession with our player is getting a little tiresome.

I didn't really over-react to anything, though. It was others who reacted to me calling them ***** to jump in front of their precious Catalan heroes and people saying I was suggesting they were tapping up and putting words in my mouth and needlessly swearing at me/telling me I was getting wound up when in fact others were making assumptions:

**** sake, lighten up Joss. Nobody can have banter in relation to Arsenal or precious Cesc without you blowing it out of proportion.

Cesc is probably a friend of theirs, they're just kidding, it's not like Puyol and Piqué are going to kidnap Cesc and take him to Barça, they have **** all to do with transfers and all. Probably just having a laugh.

See the picture is doing what it is supposed to..wind you up.

I've watched the video several times and can't quite think of a more dramatic Arsenal game. My brother was actually going to be called Michael Thomas Dale (he was born half a year after the match) but they decided on Ryan instead. So ha! I was named after him ^^)

EDIT: My middle name isn't Thomas, though; it's Wayne. I know. It sucks.

Indeed. We also won it a White Hart Lane ;)

shame that we have never won it at Stamford Bridge :(

As that would complete the set ! :D

yeah with our "great mental strength" lol

Indeed. Other than a brand spanking new, energetic 31 year old English rock of a centre-back whose voice is so loud he qualifies as a "leader", I don't really know what we need to sort this tbh.

From your post I assumed that you were saying that the picture added further evidence that they were 'classless *****'. It still looks that way to me, but oh well.

I suppose we'll just disagree then, I'm not going to continue a debate about it. I'm sure you have plenty of other Man Utd supporters to argue with rather than a bored Partick Thistle fan! ;)
