At the moment there aren't tactics working really well on possession but i can make something that reach 55+% but you gonna lose the counter-attack that is "m.e." rulex and you need to build the team around the tactic.

I made a really fast example; I didn't castrate too much the 433; But basically this just a base if you guys prefer to actually play more possession,even tho you need to adapt the tactic to what kind of players do you actually have, for example we could have make one volante on RPM or regista (they perfom basically the same) and another volante could be a simple DM or if we want to go a bit spicy we could make it a mezzala or a BBM like this :

Those are the TI but you can actually just use play out of defence, i personally don't like work ball into box on this FM because it feel like it castrate the team but you can even go something like this :

I let Counter-press and Counter because w/o them the team is gonna be the most passive thing on the planet

This tempo is more then enough if you want to achieve a bit of possession, but keep in mind more you lower it more you gonna need players that actually know how to play vertical or simple tiki-taka.

I will let this example here so if people are interested we can build it, i just picked Sbomb because i was trying to work on FB and IW, you can actually put CWB/IWB/WB or IF (not really tested other wingers to tell it ).

If you can create something with simular style to this tactic, i'll do loads of tests on it with many clubs.

That's first fast attempt, you have to tell me how the tactic played? Was counter-attacking? Possession based etcetc. That's Meta-fm23 build,if you really want we can make the central AM into SS but i really don't like them this season, i've just forced Haaland in there.

We can remove WBIB but if you like smoother football we should keep it

If you prefer possession based we can remove pass into space but some combos will gonna be wasted.

Since i prefer to play counter-attack we stay really low on D-Line

If instead you prefer to be more aggresive, we can adjust it but since none really know how the off-side trap works we can make just some tryouts.

Mentality is balanced, but we can move into positive or attacking, remember that more we move it more it's gonna be elite only team.

Yeah. This ME isn't friendly with massive ball possession. On the beta Possession tactics could work fine, but after the following patches direct and counter attack are the way to go. But for myself I really like to have full control of the match, even losing games
