Here, we have 2 players that like to beat the offside trap. MInd you, this can be used when using a linkman in the FCleft as they wont just burst forward when in possession but instead, they will move into channels to out wide and/or play on the shoulder of the last defender.

i have lot of wonderkids developing, any sugested specific training for positions?
 
Need to know what most important atributes for 2cb, cf(treq),rf,lf and lm(rm)one winger i mean...?

Tried this in my Juve save, one game in, already a decent result with a 4-1 win over Boca, even though I used mainly fringe players like Anelka and Bendtner flanking Vucinic. I'm convinced better results will come once it gets fluid! :P

Those stats are the ones highlighted in the game,. Apart from this, all mental stats are equaly important for all players.
 
Doesn't work here... But any tactic isn't working with my FM :S And i bought it not downloaded, anyone can help?

Team talks are not set to suit a certain approach as such although when playing with high press, you will get punished if the players dont work as a group. In generall, its just one element of how you handle the man management.

Hard to say without knowing more about the player. But in general, I tend to start young players on a positionbased indivuall schedule, like Winger, Central MId, Fullback etc. When these players have reached the age of 20, I tend to use a specialist trainig, like Poacher, Advanced playmaker, Ballwinner. This way, they get more complete, firstly making sure one irones out their weaknesses and then, we focus on getting them top of the world in their strengths for the role one wishes them to play.

Well, if you keep struggling regardless of approach and team, then your squad picking/building an man management is at fault. How much attention to you pay to these things. Using the correct playertypes, in form players, motivated players, players with great menatl skills, doing the press conf, team talk, indivduall talk etc ?


EDIT; Or are you having trouble importing the file ?

yes. im training positions til they reach potencial, i have coaches 4,5-5 stars so they reach it in 1-2 seasons, after i need to know more about specific trainigs and moves. I left moves to my assistant manager(Sidnei Lobo). Any advice about moves to specific positions?

I do it like this this.



  • Look at the player at a young age to evaluate if he could be used in a different position instead. Here, I only look at the stats, not ppms.
  • Train the player in an individuall schedule like Mid, winger etc
  • Thenm if he keeps developing and are ready for the first team/ some subs, I consider re-training him in a different position
  • Then, after this is done and he is ready for more action, I play him in his (new)position and train him in a specialaist role
  • Then, I look at what ppms that can make him use his strengths even better whilst still being good for the tactic
  • Then, I let him train a specific stat. Either one that is undermining his ability or one where he has the chnace to get it up to between 19-20

Its all about understanding what the ppms does

Example for a winger:
If he has got good speed BUT lacks somewhat in dribbling, then train him in " knocks ball past opponent"
If he has good acceleration ( and pace) and is good in dribbling, then teach him " runs with ball down X flank"
If he is a player like Beckham 30+, then use his great first touch by letting him "switch ball to other flank" or " makes early crosses" instead of him constantly trying to firstly beat his man and then trying to outrun him with his (none) pace
 
Importing the file ain't the problem, creating chances is the biggest problem, but that's with every tactic.. With FM 2012 I won the CL with Ajax in the 1st season without incoming transfers so I think I'm not a bad manager at all (if you mean that haha) I just deleted FM and re-installed it so i hope it will work right now. (sorry for my bad English)

Well, in FM12 ( and 11 and 10), you could just basiclly plug in an exploiting tactic that made up for neglecting the man management,. In this years edition, it cant be done

Seriously though, are you playing with the default databas or an Januari Update made by a user here at FMBase ?
