The only thing that would change is not playing on the counter ( all settings have been tweaked manually)

What team are you playing with, what kind of players are you using in the different roles ?

I playing with Bradford. First season i win promotion (media pred. 14th), second season i finished 5th (media 20th). I think its not bad, but i feel my team to able finished season top 3.
Players roles i left like in your tactics i not change nothing, i change just strategy and i can't found optimal variant.
So you wanna say all settings i have change manually according to my team.
On third season i try change some settings :) and strategy put on control or standart.

Sorry for my english

No, I said that all the player settings have been tweaked by me. This means that if you change strategy, it will not effect anything apart from the counterbox being unticked and this I DO NOT recommend.
I was asking what kind of players you where using in the different positions, like what kind of player you are using in the FC position, the MC and DMC position etc.?

It looks like you are doing really, really good though. Its not that easy just getting promotion every season. YOu simply have to get better players for each and every year, in the ned having players with really good mental stats.

can the trequartista have come deep PPM? i mean it sounds logical as he will come deep to collect and run at the defence, but what do you think?

Been playing through my first season with Inter using this tactic. Finishing second in the league and won Europa League.

Sold off Jonathan before the season and Chivu, Alvarez and Cambiasso in January. Only signing I made was bringing back Faraoni from co-ownership.

Overall I'm enjoying this tactic a lot. It barely concedes any goals aside from disastrous individual mistakes and penalties/DFKs. I used defensive positioning the whole season after I tried attacking movement home against Pescara, and they viciously outplayed me. Didn't dare to change from def. pos. after that.

Keep in mind:
- All of my defensive midfielders (Cambiasso, Mudingayi, Gargano) had the 'Dictates tempo' PPM and all 3 failed to unlearn it.
- I lacked a proper MC for this tactic. Guarín and Kuzmanovic are too weak defensively. Stankovic is mediocre, lacks playmaker PPMs and is injured 6 days a week.
- While my striker setups is decent (Milito, Cassano, Palacio, Rocchi) I had to bring up Tassi from my youth team and retrain Kovacic to ST due to injuries. Although Kovacic performed really well once he adapted to playing ST.

In retrospect:
- Shouldn't have sold off Jonathan (just happen to hate his guts irl), would've saved me from having to play tired WBs and MRs.
- Should've retrained Alvarez to ST instead of selling him (WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THIS?). I think he would've done well there and saved me from having to play a 17-year old youth player as backup.
- Should've put Kuzmanovic and Guarín (MCs) to focus on marking training from day 1.

Without the points above I probably could've won the league and the cup considering how small the margins were in the games I drew and lost.

Really having problems to get this new version to work. Used the previous version with Club Brugge and Roda JC with great success. I was able to build good squads and climb the latter to the top.

Now I'm in 2nd season with Vitoria Guimaraes in Liga ZON Sagres. The team is familiar with the tactic, the squad blend well, but the results are very random. Managed to get some good players for my second season and we are predicted 3rd in the league. But we are really unable to score goals.
I was able to get Diego Rocha from Estoril, the perfect player for the AMC spot (for my league). In front of him plays Marcelo Toscano, who has the ability to act as a linkman. My AML Miguel Rosa (Benfica B) rarely makes an impact in the attack.

We often loose away to weaker teams although we have the ability in the squad to beat them. I don't know what to do to get back on track with this tactic. Really like the approach, but can't get it to work for me anymore. :S

Tactic is beast. I'm real madrid (yes, great team, but ...) and won quadruple. i smashed my way through CL winning 5-0 against PSG in the final. ozil and ronaldo are absolute beast as central forward and right forward. khedira is a bulldozer in the middle and varane has scored 10+ goals all season from corners ;) i won la liga 9 points in front of barca, conceding 19 and scoring 105, with 100 points.

Having played 10 or so games with the new tatcic it seems that you can either choose the original or the new one based on what kind of pressing style you'd like. The new version does drop a little deeper then the original, sucking the opposition in and then hitting on the break. Against DPL playmakers you could be in trouble slightly or against good long shooters. The original presses higher up and without quicker defenders you'll struggle against the pace of sides.

I guess you just have to choose what version you want to play with. I'm going to play the whole season with the new one and then compare to previous seasons. So far, for my team, this seems more solid defensively. Goalscoring seems about the same although the AML and striker seem more effective. The original tactic for me got me 4 FA Cups, 2 PL titles and 2 CL titles with Liverpool so I'm chuffed with that. We'll see how the new version does :)

gutted cant get the tactic to work since the new patch, had just got promotion to the prem with ipswich, only had 1 win after 9 games

I just wondered, the playmaker option is ticked in this tactic but "none" is chosen. Should I choose a playmaker here, or is the tactic best without a playmaker?

Would you be as kind as to upload the 2 tactics seperately, would really like to try out the WB right edition ?

No playmaker, hence it set to none( otherwise the MC would be it)

would you recommend same PPMs for the central striker as for the AMC in the 451 tactic? or would you recommend something else or none at all?

It's mainly about the balance. If using a FCright that comes dep, then use a FCc that likes to burst forward etc. Just make sure that at least one of the FCs likes to come deep and play one-twos.

i cant download this file and its driving me mad!!! i used your last tactic and loved it but this is a different type of file and when i save as i cant use it in my tactics. please help.

Well I've now played half a season with the new tactic however I think I'm leaning more towards the old one. I think the lowering of the d-line causes too much trouble as the defenders back track way too much into the box at times leaving the DMC to harrass attachers by himself and most likely getting pulled out of position. The new settings for the AML work well, he acts a little more like a creative playmaker out there on the left rather the not making runs and looking a little "dull". I'm undecided about direct passing for the DMC though. I think if you have a good passer then it works a treat, if not he'll waste possesion.

Yea, I am starting to think that the old version along with some tweaks for the AML is better. In my saves, the results have been almost the same though but I cant argue with the feedbac I have been getting form here and at SI.

For those getting a low count of CCCs regardless of version ( but still get decent results), dont pay too much attention to it. Many of my goals come from headers and accurate shots from just outside the area and these are not counted as CCCs, even though its a really, really good chance.
