Well, if you want to use it as a plug & play wih a top notch team, that would probably be one of the games where the Lower press woudl work out better. Just remember that its still mainly a version for underdogs

Well, as its a DMC. DMC, MC formation where the MCs is limited ansd should not get forward, the AML spot would be the best position for him
 
Ok end of my first season as Aston Villa, using a combination of this tactic and it's 3 formations.

I finished 9th in the Premier League, started really well, but as I weakened my squad selling big earners and bringing in cheaper, weaker young players performances began to dip. I won the Carling Cup and FA Cup thanks to fortuitous draws and other results resulting in my facing no top clubs in either competition. I have Europa League football next season and a £24m transfer budget to go with it.

For next season I'm hoping to add some promising youth to my squad as well as strength in depth, my defence needs major work after conceding 76 league goals last season! I also need to work on my team talks and man management because I have had a couple of players that were less than happy with me during last season.
 
So far I have used these tactics to great success. I use the high and low press and Raikan's A-maz-ing in some combination. My question is this, I am getting a bunch of goals from the corner, is this taking advantage of the corner bug people have brought up?

If you get more than 30 % Of the goals coming from set pieces ( corners+penalty+freekicks ), then just change the settings. So far, I have got between 10-32% in all My saves with these different underdog tactics/formations uploaded.

Numbers ? like Nr 3 and Nr 4 ?. Its just because ist easier to tell them apart. Previously, I put all the tactics into one pack but as users found it confusing,wanting to read about them separately and have all the feedback for one tactic in one single thread, I made 5 different instead

This is the last one though. Even if one coudl use a 4411 or a flat 442 or 433 etc, they would in the end be weaker for smaller teams

Default pitch but have à look in the OP about recommendations. Also consider that if having à team that is really slow and lacks speed, then just à more Narrow with normal length is the best( like when trying to get à team from BSP to the prem, always having lesser players than the opponent on this journey. Skin is called Scorpio and is from the download section here at FMBase

One more game, one more win. 40 shots in a single match, only 18 in the target, witch is very low for my standards. Won 3-0 plus 4 woodwork (get at least 2 per game...).

I had the DMCs with long shots as you do.

Then i changed it. I lost some shots but gained more possession. Wonder if i could use a target man? Sometimes i feel that they are just passing the ball and i see the DMCs getting more opportunities than the strikers.

I will put both as target man, and expect better things from both :D

Those scenarios, having à lot Of shots off target, Will be likely to happen when facing teams sitting deep( i.e playing with a top team against à lesser side). In the end, its the 3 points that counts though. One thing you could try though is to use the Lower press version to invite the opponent onto you slightly more and then hit them on the counter.

As for the target man, if he likes to comes deep and the Opposition dont use à DMC, it might work using the FC as one with hur supply set to feet. He wont be the focus point late in attacks though after having already established possession on the opposition half, only in the build up.

As for the longshots, I rather prefer having them set to mixed so that they Will look for this opportunity and activily use it when te chance is " on". Even if setting them to rarely, get Will still shot from distance when given no other choice.
