Performance of the night goes to Celtic. Only losing on the last kick of the night 2-1, and created chances. should be proud.

According to UEFA they had just 10% possession. That has to be a record.

If it wasn't for the fact the commentator screamed "MESSIIIIIIII!!!!" every-time he touched the ball within 25 yards of the goal I wouldn't have realised he was even on the pitch.

Celtic deserved a point, and I actually felt sick watching Barcelona celebrate a win.

Agreed totally. You could hear some commentators groaning when the Barca goal went in lol. Definately deserved a point minimum. What they did off the ball was immense. Can't fault them one bit on that performance.

Real vs. Dortmund: two best teams in the world when it comes to pressing high up the pitch+ ref doesn't interfere too much= holy **** intense game

Ajax 2 Man City 1. City's players flattering to decieve?

Make that 3-1. utterly shambolic by City

Can't understand Steve Bould. 72 minutes in things arent working and no substitutions yet.

Dortmund also lead Real 2-1... Looking bad for City.

The way City are playing right now they deserve all they get. they are all over the place and Hart is totally exposed at times. Very lucky it's not 4-1 following a one on one. Hart did a brilliant save

Not only english club not doing well this round. Arsenal just cant even create chances. Looks really worrying.

Appears the fear factor associatted with the biggest clubs is rapidly diminishing. not just in this but domestic leagues aswell

WHY the **** does Bould take Jenkinson off when Santos is playing **** and cant even bother to track back... Good thing that Wenger's ban is ending now.

Edit: 2-0 thanks mostly to Santos being on field. Thank you Bould.

Dortmund beating Real at home, and the commentators claim it's the shock of the round?! Stupid Spanish idiots, obviously don't watch anything other than Spanish football. Dortmund and Shakhtar are the ones to watch this season, both could go far on their home form.

What a horrendus night for the big clubs. Even Celtic came dam close last night. Times are a changing.........

Dortmund still have to travel to Real Madrid and Ajax, with a home game v City at the end. Could be a great climax to the group.

Stranger things have happened, but 6 points behind with 3 games to go in a group this hard is basically death sentence.

Looks like all the leagues are like this. It's clear that he didn't watch Dortmund's performance against City.

BBC posted
Nigel Spackman, former Chelsea midfielder in Ukraine for BBC Radio 5 live
"I watched the teams warming up before kick-off and Shakhtar really had the bit between their teeth. This is probably the biggest game in their history tonight, hosting the Champions League champions."

He doesn't even know that Shakhtar were UEFA cup winners and also have played against likes of Barca.

See what happens when Joe Hart forgets to wear his Superman cape..
