I'm glad. Now we get to see if FFP really has teeth. Will other clubs appeal next year, will UEFA kick them out.
You have to wonder if there are PSG outgoings planned as well.

I gotta admit, I'm finding this quite funny because a couple of years ago I remember quite a few people on this board talking about how Chelsea "weren't a selling club like Arsenal" and succeeded because they "kept their best players".

That website states all those who have been offered new deals... Seems Chelsea are leaving it very late if they do intend to extend his contract

What do PSG see in Luiz to offer 50m for him? Can someone please answer this for me, I just can't get it. Mayswell keep Marquinhos, much better reliable CB of the future.
Great for Chelsea though.... he's never worth near that, don't rate him as a CB one bit.

Luiz plays fantastically for Brazil alongside Thiago Silva. Can see why PSG would think he could replicate it at club level. Not worth 50 million, no, but PSG could spend three times that and not give a ****.
His ability to play in midfield is also a bonus as PSG have to handle CL with squad of 21 next season ( Or was it overturned havent followed )
