And that is why she is suing them. Because she was treated different for standing up for herself. She didn't even need the apology to be public either

Hmm I finally get your point. Fair enough in that case

This looks more like a quid pro quid. Jose humiliated me so now I'll humiliate him back. Well alright he probably deserves it more than anyone. It's just sad that club and fans have to endure this ordeal

Nothing's sad about the club having to 'endure' this, they're partly responsible.

I fear the situation is beyond repair now. It might be a relief if Jose is gone after Stoke game just in terms of the general mood around the club

She 100% should be taking this to court and avoiding a payment outside of the spotlight. We deserve all the **** we get for it. I still don't think she has a hope in **** of actually winning the case though, unless changing moods at the club mean that she might be able to get more support from the backroom staff and maybe a few statements in her favour.

Yep. This is more than just the results being bad. The place is toxic right now

Honestly I am just praying that Delaney wrote something reliable and Ancelloti is willing to take over temporarily. He is probably the only around whom everyone can unite at this point in time

**** I don't mind appointing him permanently for the next few seasons either. He did very well in league with am ageing squad. He could probably do much better with our current squad

You really think anyone on the backroom staff will dare support her so explicitly?

It is tragic for the fans to have to deal with this whole saga as well as a disastrous league campaign, but they should turn their anger towards Chelasea F.C. for even allowing this non-issue to happen.
  1. A referee requested the team doctors on the pitch.
  2. Jose publicly criticizes team doctors for going onto the pitch.

What should have happened next was the club publicly reprimand Jose; just like they'd reprimand a player for a social media outbursts. Publicly praise the referee for putting the interests of their player first and praise the medical staff for their speedy response.

If Jose didn't like that, tough.. he works for Chelsea, not the other way around.

It's a ****** ****** situation. And let's not get excited here, Jose isn't the only one who should be blamed for this whole disaster of a season. I will save my energy but if the axe does fall after Stoke then I'll have a lot to write about

Jose should get until the end of December IMO, but depending on the results it wouldn't surprise me if he got sacked after the Stoke game. However as Alcaraz stated previously the club need to have an adequate replacement lined up who can step in immediately. Hiddink or Ancelotti would do to steady the ship, but obviously the main target in the summer if Mourinho gets sacked is Guardiola.

I agree. Don't blame the dog that bites, blame the owner for allowing it.

Pep is currently considering a 2 year extension at B.Munich according to the Media, so it's not a sure thing he'll even be available. It's a tough situation.

She is offered a settlement by the club which in and of itself is an acknowledgement that the club did wrong to her.

Christ. You think the club trying to cut their losses in a settlement is some sort of acknowledgement? A public apology would be a better fitting..

Definitely. The blame should be shared equally between the club, the manager and the players. But Mourinho's actions certainly haven't helped the situation.
