Skybet has Real as favorites, with City closely behind. We are 7/1, as are Liverpool and Juve. Currently it seems we arnt getting him. I also believe that we are better off spending that money on Neymar and promoting Sturridge.

oops my mistake, we definetly need a new right-back tho, Ivanovic is good but thats not his natural position and Bosingwa is a liabilty, although getting Neymar ranks top of our list currently
Skybet shows Diego Maradona having a long shot chance of becoming a manager of Chelsea, evidence enough
aguero will cost 45 million, lukaku 20 million
cant see him moving to Real Madrid, his club wont sell him and he probably wont go
City have a chance of buying him but they have got enough strikers atm and I can only see the move taking place if Tevez is sold
Liverpool are not in the Europa League or CL and neither are Juventus otherwsie they would have had a chance
So its between us and the great spenders Arsenal
Agüero's clause is IIRC €45m. Should be ~40m in pounds?
Gil Marín said they'd charge the full taxes of Agüero's clause on Madrid if they were to bid for him - I don't know what that's supposed to mean, but according to a local newspaper it'd mean Madrid have to pay 65m euros, which they will not pay. However, they could bid for Tévez which would prompt City to bid for Agüero.
Also, Kun is good friends with Maxi so he could join Liverpool provided he's persuaded by him and by Kenny's future plans, so I wouldn't rule them out either. I do believe Juve is out of the race, though.
IMO it's between Chelsea, Pool, and of course City.

MATES, IF WE SIGN KUN, I WILL BE RUNNING NAKED AROuND THE BRIDGE for an hour !
u do know that we have a realistic chance of signing him right lol
@Alcaraz I don't see your problem with Kalou - he's a nice guy and a good player.
Anyways another manager apparently on our radar is Leonid Slutsky the CSKA manager.
he is bull, very arrogant and thinks he deserves to play every game... I still remember how he sulked after scoring against Tottenham and refused to celebrate just cos he was left on the bench

I think we should sign:
Asmir Begovic - Cech backup.
Gregory van der Wiel - Ivanovic backup/rotation.
Neymar - Play him against less physical team and let him rip them apart.
Sergio Aguero - Only because he's available.
Who we should sell:
Jose Bosingwa - One word - liability.
Nicolas Anelka - I don't even think he's lost it, I just think he's turned lazy.
Hilario and Ross Turnbull - I don't think we need them. Buy Begovic have a young keeper third - Delac possibly? (Haven't watched him really so can't comment) Let Turnbull get first team football somewhere and maybe Hilario back to Portugal or even retire. I actually quite like them both, but at times they aren't good enough and I just can't see them challenging Cech (or getting anywhere near him) which is why I think Begovic would be good. He isn't better than Cech, but he's a good keeper and I think he would fit in to the team well.
Florent Malouda - Although the stats say he's been good and he's a really nice guy I just feel he's lost something this year. And I know before last season he didn't seem good I feel that's because he was taking time to adjust, but this year he's trying things and they're just not working because he's decreased as a footballer.

You mean the way Drogba has celebrated in the past when he comes off the bench? Which coincidentally he did against Spurs just like Kalou in the 1-1 draw.
Kalou deserved to play against Tottenham and had a right to be frustrated - not saying he should have celebrated like that, but still.
