I STILL REMEMBER THAT TOO! Kalou has scored for us very important goals coming in from the bench, but his recent reactions make me wanna kill him and **** on him after that. So, Kalou must find another challenge.. I certainly hope hes the one who is going to leave, not Didi.

If this is the sole basis for the Kalou hate, he said that it was because he was sad as his family in the Ivory Coast:

"“It’s very hard to go on to the pitch and say I’m not thinking about people dying every day, I’m not thinking about my friends not eating, my dad not getting help. To be honest, I worry every day. I am thinking more about that than anything else. Any chance I have to go on the phone or to go on the news and check I do, because that’s my main priority. I need to make sure my family are safe.

“I got my mum and five sisters out four days before it started. When we played against Benin in Ghana last month with Ivory Coast [in an African Cup of Nations qualifier moved to a neutral venue because of the violence], I got them to come and watch the game and from there they went to Togo. They can stay there until the end of the situation. My dad was going to come as well but the war started on the day he was going to come.”

Have to respect that.

Also i think we only need Neymar, promote Sturridge. He has been great at Bolton. Our money is better spent elsewhere. Even for Chelsea, buying Torres, Neymar and Aguero in 6 months is ridiculous. Again not saying i wouldnt welcome him with open arms, but i would rather see Sturridge get a chance than get pawned off.

Of course I respect that, but that what youre posting here is not the problem which we are discussing.

Guus Hiddink insists he's says he is fully committed to Turkey following speculation linking him with the Chelsea job.

Well, he doesnt deny it, but also he doesnt admit that he will be involved 'officially' in the Chelsea managing process.

he is bull, very arrogant and thinks he deserves to play every game... I still remember how he sulked after scoring against Tottenham and refused to celebrate just cos he was left on the bench

To be fair to him he didnt celebrate because his family is stuck in Ivory Coast as the war is going on. He felt he had nothing to celebrate which is totally merrited. I feel for him because towards the end of the season he had a few starts and started scoring and then as soon as Torres got his goal he was shunted back to the bench again. He is a decent squad player and is very much needed at Chelsea.

Just to let people know some bookies have just made Harry Redknapp favourite to get the Chelsea job and even some bookies have suspended all betting.

Lol SLUTsky xD It would be supid to pay 40mil for Aguero. Drogba wants to be in starting 11, just like Torres. Aguero wants that to. It's hard.

What's with all the hate for Kalou? He scored the same amount of goals as Drogba this season.

If he took half of his chances he would have been Europes top scorer this season without a dout. I dont bash him as much as some Chelsea supporters but he does divide opinion without a dout.

Agreed. Maybe he should leave if he's going to get hated on by his OWN supporters. Disrespectful. And I'm sure most of them probably had a go at United fans when they slated Darron Gibson on Twitter.

In the Premier League - Drogba: 150 shots, 11 goals Kalou: 65 shots, 10 goals

Exactly, it really annoys me how some players can do no wrong, whereas others can play really well and still get slated.

Im not slating Sala and never have done. Wacthing his is frustrating yes but i think he is an excellent squad player and brilliant for team morale.

I didn't say that you were slating him I just meant Chelsea fans in general. I was just pointing out that if you look at the stats Drogba has actually wasted more chances than Kalou.

stats dont tell you very important things, like whether the shot was a clear cut chance or a feeble long-range effort just to test the goalkeeper out so its very unfair to make decisions based on stats

btw I dont like Kalou and his personality, its not just this season but other incidents over various seasons as well, he is a good player no doubt about that but if we had to sell a player to make space for El Kun or Neymar, I'd put Kalou at the top of the list beyond Drogba

Last night I was thinking and I just realised that Fernando Torres finished this season with more goals against Chelsea then for Chelsea lol :P A bit random I know :).
