Wouldn't even want Modric TBH, I don't rthink he contributes enough in terms of assists and goals. Although that could be due to the fact Redknapp plays 4 in midfield whereas I fell he would be better in a 3 man midfield. Another negative if we do get Redknapp is that he likes to play 4 in midfield and as we've seen this season it doesn't suit us.
Epic fail.
He has played 3 in the middle at some points this season. I think he will have no choice but to work with what he has got. Modric was one of the players of the season last season i thought?? He could work in a midfield but we would have to see one of Mikel or Essien leave i would think. Bale on the other hand could be Chelsea's best signing ever.
WE are best when we play 4-3-3. The best formation for us.

Nahhh.. Its too unreal for me.
I know he's played it at some points, but he doesn't like using 3 in midfield. And yeah Modric has been quite good, but we need somebody who is going to get loads of assists and a few goals. He's a playmaker, but he doesn't get enough assists we need somebody to get a ton of assists and help Torres get goals. If we get Modric he'll only slow down the development of McEachran IMO.

For starters, I hope Harry Redknapp keeps his mug away from the club, I dont even want to think of the possibilities positive or negative if Harry is in charge as I cant seem to even imagine Harry Redknapp at Chelsea

Why Van Basten, may I ask? Hes not proven as manager. Never won a thing as a manager and + being a manager in England is even harder than being manager anywhere else. So dont go for Van Basten.
Like i say if we did get Modric then i would expect one of Mikel or Essien to leave. I dont what anything to stop Josh getting games next season.
No, what I mean is we probably wouldn't play both at the same time, they're quite similar. But we'll see I suppose.

He did an absolutely amazing job with Netherlands.. and was largely responsible for nurturing the likes of Luis Suarez, dont be so quick to dismiss managers
I think we need to think about him, he has been poor this season and we need to establish whether its a mental thing or whether his knees have had enough. And if its the latter then surely its best for the club to let him go especially if the Milan rumours are true that they are willing to pay 20m for him.

Exacly mate, at the moment if i had a choice of who i think should start in a 3man Chelsea midfield it would be Ramires, Lampard and McEachran.

That's what makes him a top CB. He's different, do you think Chelsea would have paid £23 million if he was any ordinary CB?! I don't especially when there's people who are better at tackling, marking and heading like Samba who would be a lot cheaper. He reads the game amazingly, he's a leader, and he can play good football. What I mean by the last point is we could have somebody like Samba, but he isn't going to play attractive football and if we want to play attractive football (which I feel we do now, but we're no Barca or Arsenal) then we need people in the defence with the technical ability of David Luiz.
