It only became an English issue when Capello decided to take the captaincy away just 4months before a major tournement. If the situation never happened there was a good chance Bridge wouldnt have been anywhere near the squad in the first place. It wasent until it happened when people started bringing up on the field problems because of the media simple as that.

Yer i saw this earlier, absolute joke its all ok when Terry does somthing wrong for them to rip the **** out of him but when they do somthing like this there will proberly be one small paragraph saying sorry for what they have done. Joke

exactly, they destroyed his life and potentially nearly derailed our Double winning Season.... absolute jokes

Essien wants to stay at Chelsea


Great news for us, I know he did not have one of the his best seasons but on his day he is up there with the best of midfielders and I am sure he still has alot to offer us come next season

Essien genuinly loves it at Chelsea you can see that. Its a tough one with Ess we have to establish whether the poor season was down to a mental thing which can be put right or a physical thing which cannot. I sincerly hope its a mental thing and he we should keep him to prove himself next season.
