Good to see Ashley Cole going to war on Twitter. I bet he is a journo's nightmare because he will say what is true and what is absolute dog *****.

Ashley Cole ‏@TheRealAC3
Why do people talk sooooo much rubbish when they don't even know what is going on, #doesmyheadin

Ashley Cole ‏@TheRealAC3
Contract talks have not stalled just started, and 200k are you for real, I'd never ask for that,

Ashley Cole ‏@TheRealAC3
Like I said before don't listen or always believe what media say they aint got a clue

And then it seems as if some Arsenal fans decided to take a few digs at him again (get over it) so he responded to them brilliantly.

Ashley Cole ‏@TheRealAC3
Arsenal fans get over it, I left I won #ihaveastaronmyshirtnow

Ashley Cole ‏@TheRealAC3
Made me #confused I'm sure I was the one training hard to try make it, #imselfmade

LadTheGooner ‏@LadGooner
@TheRealAC3 Except for the fact you were a striker until Arsene spotted your talent and made you a left back. You owe him everything.

Ashley Cole ‏@TheRealAC3
Know your facts before u talk rubbish he didn't change my position

Ashley Cole on Twitter, absolute class. He also followed someone i know (a girl) and was even private messaging her (nothing sordid). But because Cole started following her Chelsea reserve team player Adam Nditi private messaged her and asked to meet up lol. True stuff.

I would say that is very disrespectful from A.Cole to Arsenal fans, just because a few fans have a dig at him does not give him the right to generalise an insult at all Arsenal supporters.

He is sending a message to the ones who slated him. If ones who didn't slate him read it and take offence then maybe that says more about them than him.

Why even give them the time of day on twitter, I do not get how all this war of words does anything, the media is always likes this, it is part and parcel of the world of football, he should be professional enough to accept it and ignore.

Why should be take it all the time? He didn't get Twitter to be abused 24/7 i'm sure of that. If you cannot take it then don't give it out it's as simple as that.

What did he expect, it is twitter after all. If he did not want the insults then he should not have a twitter account, does not matter how much he says, it will keep coming.

And he knows it will keep coming, difference is he will just keep batting it back. Either way he will get it so why not?

Meireles was massively to blame for the first two goals. First goal he took a quick throw when Brana was about to come over and get it off him and he threw it into a dangerous area which led us to lose the ball and they scored from it. And the second was his poor ball back on the half way line.

True, but its not just Meireles, if you look at the MLS game, it was the same defensive performance. Zero. Below none. This is a stage in pre-season where we should have actually learned from previous mistakes, but we havent. And why the **** is Robbie going back to 4-3-3 just one game before the City game.

I wouldn't worry too much, we were without Mata, Marin and lets say Oscar too who are all players who can unlock doors. The performance reminded me of early last season, get to the box and have no-where to go so go out wide and players who cannot cross for ****. I lost count how many times Ramires, Torres and Ivanovic either over hit crosses, hit the first man or went straight to the keeper.

I kind of agree. We miss our top guns in those three (although you cant really miss anyone that you havent really had before), but last season we didnt have Marin and Oscar, so that shouldnt be a problem. We just lacked that edge attacking wise, as well as we were defensively and creatively poor, hence poor all round. And yes, lord, can we buy a decent crosser?! Anyone?! I heard Azpilicueta, the right-back we are being linked with, is a poor crosser too (okay I might be exaggerating, but he wasnt that good at crossing).

From what i know the deal is very much on the table and closer than people think. I said this last week and then Hulk come out with some comments about Chelsea and potentially playing for Chelsea a few days after which backed up my reports.

Mixed feelings about the transfer. As a plus, I can mention the versatility that Hulk offers, being a hybrid of winger/striker, he is one of the best options out there. Exactly the type of player we should go for, as we are full of AM's/wingers and we pretty much need another striker. So yes, as I said, he is a good choice. As a negative, we can point out the price tag. Pinto da Costa likes to play the hard ball every now and then, and rightly so. No chairman/owner wants to let their star players go for cheap.

I agree it was not just Meireles. The performance reminded me of last season, very slow when in possession and only Hazard was the real difference in terms of players.

I have not seen much of Azpilicueta to be honest so can't really judge him on his crossing ability. We do need someone who can cross though badly.

I was totally against the deal until i looked at it properly. If Lukaku goes on loan that will leave just Torres and Sturridge as potential strikers. We also seem to be after a winger and Hulk plays in both of them positions so it will be like signing 2 players in theory.

I got stick from a few Arsenal fans on twitter today after saying their club must of folded in 2005 after a lot of their fans said we formed in 2003. Funniest insult of all was getting called Abramovichs ***** XD
