Yeah Roman now aims for maximum stability, he learned this is right thing to do because his old strategy with managers was very ineffective.
April Fools was Tuesday.
So, would you classify this as unsuccessful season?
You really should stop posting here when you are drunk
So, just to make sure, you're saying this was successful season for Chelsea?

WHY RED?! MY EYES.................
So, just to make sure, you're saying this was successful season for Chelsea?
Lol your theory about how Roman has learned is completely baseless. Maybe you should sober up and actually think about.
Would you be happy if you achieve same things next season
Oh ****, I might actually have to pick that home shirt up.
Pretty sure the other shirt is orange though, not red![]()
Would you be happy if you achieve same things next season
It isn't actually. It's the reason why AVB lasted more time despite some absolutely horrific results than most previous managers would. It's the reason why Roman appointed RDM/Benitez as managers despite some obviously better options out there because he wanted to ensure that he got the best manager and gave him time
Sorry, but giving a manager a few months =/= giving a manager time. That's a ridiculous statement. Let me put it this way, David Moyes would have been long gone if Roman was United's owner.
So you would classify that this season was more successful than last one?
And I am sorry as well but when you spectacularly lose the entire dressing room as AVB did then you can't expect the owner to stubbornly back him. It's either AVB that is gone or the players. And we all know which group has a better record backing them
Oh I was definitely FOR, not against, that decision. I'm just saying, Roman hasn't changed his mentality. Not one bit. Don't be confused and deceived that easily. This is Mourinho. Even then, if we don't win the title next season, Jose's pretty much gone. 2 trophyless seasons, yeah, let me guess how Roman would feel about that.
So you would classify that this season was more successful than last one?
Obviusly no one can definitely say that Roman has/has not changed his mentality but I think it's simply a matter of alternatives. If Roman sacks Jose ... Not only will the fan backlash be terrible but more importantly, who will he bring in?
