i have howedes, and he is a beast already.

Any other suggestions if you don't think this is a deal?

Falcao is a beast as a lone forward
i played him as an advanced forward, with west ham in a 4-5-1 and he scored 50+ goals in all competitions
he scored 20 in the europa league
not a bad deal.. see if you can get Casemiro - Sao Paulo (should still have his £5.25m release clause and has a lot of potential

Should I buy Sergio Canales for Bolton 3rd season, now in Feb...
He is transfer listed for 5 million pounds.
I play a 4-5-1 with a deep lying midfielder support and central midfielder attack. The combo that I am rotating currently is
1. Jamie O'Hara ( DLPM ) + Thiago Alcantra ( CM att)
2. Tom Cairney ( CM att ) + Alexandre Coeff ( DLPM )
I have Ilkay Gundongan ( CM att ) on the bench every game to play as sub or to fill in Cairney or Thiago get injured....
If I get Canales I will have to sell one of 3 - Thiago, Cairney or Gundongan.
And if Canales comes there will be a big fight for playing time.
What should I do ?

I would say no deal, Mario's a handful. Better off buying someone else for £13m like Yaya Sanago perhaps?
You can get him for about £5m max and turns out to be world class (atleast in my experience).
Deal. Get rid of Cairney and keep Thiago. If you can handle the wages then keep Cairney for back up and offload Gundongan. But with interest in Cairney as you said, you could easily get £6+ for him.
