That's a **** of a lot of money, if you can cope without him I'd go for it.
I'd look out for regens, if you find a solid winger move Hulk upfront.
I've gone one better by agreeing with Barcelona to sign him end of season with the same terms. Also, I've found the replacement, a very good looking regen, signed him for 19 Million, check the screenshots below.

he's actually pretty good. i'd say deal
no deal. its not easy to find a 30 goal striker so i'd keep him for a season or two. moreover, he's pretty young
