I go for either Dzeko or Hulk. I'd say Hulk.

Info: Can get him on a free for the start of next season. He's natural in cm and accomplished in dm, cb, rb, wbr and rm. Very versatile. Would only be a temporary and cheap squad player. His concentration and decisions are really low though which means he'll probably be a liability at the back.

Info: Class player obviously but he'd be third choice lam, third choice amc and second/third choice ram (behind Pedro Leon/Gerrard). Would it be worth paying ~40k in wages for a bench warmer?

He's a great young player. I will say no deal for anything below 30m.

I'd say no deal. Too much, and maybe you can sign better players for wing. Alexis Sánchez, Douglas Costa, Adem Ljajic, Giuliano
 
I would say yes to rafeal, he about 23 or something give him a season to train there i believe he would be a great winger, he sure gets assists at right back therefore with his attacking stats perfect winger.
