Deal. Skrtel is mediocre in FM. For 8.5m you could replace him with Gary Cahill who performs really well in the game.

Personally, no deal.

Ozil is quality, and it's a sign of your squad depth if he cant get a game reugularly. If money's no object then keep him in case of injuries.

I'd say he's worth 30m+

like shunt said, if he's not performing well then deal.

My recommendation for a replacement would be Nuri Sahin, but perhaps signing one of pastore and ganso would be a good option as well. 2 for 1, you cant go wrong.

I would say NO DEAL. he is good and will only become better, you should keep him or try to get more money

no deal as he's probably gonna ask for ridiculous wages. try other players like diego renan or andreas beck, who probably cost cheaper in terms of both costs and wages.
 
Thank you for the information I decided against bringing in Philipp Lahm in the end because as you said he did want ridiculous wages, aged 27 and he wanted to be on par with the top earner so if I was to offer Carlos Tevez or anyone else for that matter a new deal then I would have to give Lahm a payrise too.

In the end I went and brought Sergio Ramos to Manchester for 30M on 125K a week wages aged 24 so I should be able to win most teams with a reserve team now :D. Too easy!
