Lucas - ask 20-25m
Ike - Good technical players, but lacks everywhere else. Ask for 20m. Buy back clause of 25m just in case.

No deal imo, if you still have tevez dzeko they should suffice and for £40mill you could get aguero who is a much better player imo unless you want him on your wing in that case you can get hazard or mata for cheaper

I assume you mean City.Anyway don't you have Anderson and Gibson.Id say no deal to Viera.

scout report says he would be quallity signing
and would fit in with squad but says this about being

is he worth it and if not who else should i approach

Keep him 9 times out of 10 he turns out quality its very hard to find young talent like him and unless there is a young English Regen at RB in your save who is very good there are no good normal RB in the game who are young and English and that are good.If you are going to sell then bring in Aurier and then a quality player.Aurier will be your young talent and then you will need someone good right now at Rb.

Id approach Honda from CSKA moscow is a DLP not quite as good as Vidal but is cheaper and has a mean free kick.
