Deal if you want added cover for your squad in the center of the park. Frankly, I'd take him for his set piece abilities.

I'd say Deal, in 2013/2014 season he is worth much more than you are paying.

I'd say no deal. 100 mil on any player is nuts, unless you don't need anything and can afford to splash out! since you are willing to pay Max 30m you wouldn't get him anyway ^^. He is unbelieveable, but that's just a crazy amount of money!
He is requesting to be transfer listed and they won't transfer list him at 100M + I am the only one that has the money and interest, lets see what happens and I will post it
I'll scout him now, his Technical Abilities are not really impressive.
Angel Di Maria is a great left winger and comes cheap, I bought him for 15M.

Eden Hazard is also great but if City has him, forget it.
