EA Sports are an official sponsor of Vancouver Whitecaps, like they are with Chelsea and Arsenal and are based right next to them, it's not ridiculous at all!

I assume the partnership has happened because they've had starhead treatment, just like with City and the aforementioned London clubs.

Chelsea and Arsenal already had sponsorship deals with EA Sports prior to the starhead treatment, I think. Chelsea certainly did anyway...
