Anyone playing Yazalde, Adriano was insane in pre-season but is getting 5 ratings in the current matches, my strikeforce is Meyong and Yazalde at the moment.
 
Mine is Lacina Traore and Meyong! They are doing ok but I will look to get someone else in Jan

im using palermo and fonseca with yazalde as backup. adriano has been garbage and rejected a new contract in favour of elaving on a bosman in the summer. safe to say i stuck him in the reserves.
 
Okay guys I'm going to update the OP with everyones current progress etc. which I will track throughout our careers.

Remember anybody can play this, you do not need to ask, just update on this thread as you go along!
 
Here is how I am doing

Anyone else having a low turn out problem, I am expecting one for a game against Naval.

Also qualified for next round of Europa League

14 Games unbeaten now in all competitions, played the big three and only lost to Porto, lost 5-1 to Belenses is low point of season so far as I had a man sent off. Beat Werder Bremen at home as well ;)

Same mate I'm getting between 10,000-15,000 a game which is really poor. I've managed to sell-out once, that was against Porto.

Is there any Portugese people here or anybody who knows about Portugese football? Cus I'd like to know whether Braga really do get such a poor turnout week in week out?
 
January Update:

Doing well in all the cups, although the potential visit of Chelsea is bewildering :P

Got a good 9-0 win in one of the cups, has anyone had a bigger win this year?

Also signed Prica from Rosenborg for £2,800,000 hoping he will make an inpact soon. Adriano has agreed a contract with Napoli and will leave at the end of this season due to his contract running out.

Well, I'm portuguese and a Benfica fan and all I can tell you is that here in Portugal the majority of the people support Benfica, Porto or Sporting. Just for you to have an idea, in 10 million (the portuguese population), nearly 6 million support Benfica. I've been doing some research work and Estadio AXA receives, in average (is it how you say it? :P) 10.000. This only increases in games against one of the big 3. For example, in this season Braga-Benfica, the turnout was of nearly 30.000.

I imagine a lot of Benfica fans in the Braga stands ;)

Benfica haven't won many League titles recently considering there fan base but I suppose Porto have been dominating for a while now.

Yes, Braga's Stadium is considered to be Benfica's second stadium due to the high number of Benfica fans living in the region. However in the last match there we lost 2-0 :P

And, unfortunately, that's true, in the last seasons Porto has been doing better, but I think we are stronger this season and that we can win the league this year (I hope so :))
